This was the first and only wedding shop I went to to buy my dress. I found them while seaching on the internet. they had a sale event. I just turned up and tried on half a dozen dresses and didn't really expect to find the perfect dress that day at all. They were so friendly and helpfull and even though it was a sale event and was busy they didn't rush me at all. I'd definatly try them if your looking for a dress
Plus they are excellent value for money, especially in sale time

I had a great experience at Abigails collection. I had found the shop on the internet by chance and had fallen in love with an alfred angelo dress! I booked my appointment for a few weeks later on a saturday. I had no idea of what such a great experience it would be. I bought my bridesmaids dresses from Abigail's Collection and loved booking an appointment knowing we would be the only ones in there and have undivided attention as and when we needed it! Being greeted with an offer of drinks and not being rushed made the whole experience wonderful. I could not fault the staff or the shop itself in any way!

At Abigail's Collection you are made to feel so special. One to one service, drinks, chocolates, comfy sofa's, romantic music. The best place for service I have been too out of about 6 in the Chelmsford/Colchester area.

I have been to quite a few shops in Chelmsford and Colchester and none of them are a patch on the service you receive at Abi's. Alterations on dresses are very reasonably priced too which is a refreshing change. Every bride to be, bridesmaid and groom should experience this one to one service.

I had a great experience last Saturday. The shop staff have good judgement and taste and their priority is ensuring the customer has a great experience. It was the best customer service ive ever had and was a wonderful afternoon. I will definately go back. They also asked for feedback which is a a very positive sign of a shop continuously striving to be the best they can be. At no time did i feel rushed or pressured. The shop layout and decor is lovely and relaxing.

I saw Abigail's Collection at a wedding fair, and I had no idea that she had a shop in Colchester (she has recently moved into her shop in Colchester). I instantly liked her and booked a consultation with her for the following weekend when I had other appointments.

I felt like a million dollars on my wedding day, and nothing else is more important than that right?

I would definitely recommend Abigail's Collection in Colchester if you are looking for a wedding dress.

I loved my experience at Abigail's collection. I first visited her over 18 months ago when she hadn't long started the business. She had a beautiful selection of dresses and all types of accessories. Her studio is fantastic, very pretty and very welcoming. Abi is brilliant at her job and I never hesitate to recommend her to anyone I know getting married! Myself, mum and my best friend recently went to find a dress for me, and I found this lovely website called Abigail's Collections. Well, may I just say, the staff were absolutely brilliant! I had put off my wedding dress shopping long enough, that my hubby to be was suited and booted and my bridesmaids too, so it was time to tackle my dress. My mum and I had a fantastic time everytime we went to Abi. I was a little scared about wedding dress shopping, but she really put me at ease. She dedicated so much time to us, 3 hours uninterupted on the first consultation and 3 hours again on the second consultation, it was fantastic, plenty of time to make up your mind. When I visited the Abigail's Collection establishment with my daughter, we had no idea that it would be so personal, and that we would literally have the place, and Abi's time, all to ourselves. It is a most comfortable, stylish consultation suite. We received the very best advice without being made to feel under pressure to buy.
