Good Points: Zoom features, easy to use remote.
Bad Points: Slightly noisy when loading disc.
General comments: At only $A340 this Toshiba SD-1300 DVD player is excellent value. The 4 stage zoom features are fantastic, especially if you have a large screen rear projection TV.

The Toshiba SD-1300 is a solid DVD player. At its price point of $499 ($AUD), you will not be let down by any aspect of this DVD player's performance, and the added CD-R and MP3 functionality means that this player squarely competes with the no-name brand DVD players at their own game, leaving little reason to look elsewhere for a player with the SD-1300's combination of price and features.
