Unfortunately its been 7 weeks and my SSL certificate that I payed 125£ has STILL not been installed properly therefore rendering my commerce site next to useless.
I think that rests my case.

Please disregard my review of WebCreationUK. They outsource everything to India, and although what they charge is competitive, in my opinion, when you pay peanuts, you get monkeys!
The website took 13 months to finish and it's a simple e-shop, so why should this take 13 months??? You must source all text and pictures yourself, and there is 0 creativity from their side, or 0 input on technical expertise' they certainly should have, but I don't think they have!
Furthermore, I was paying 99 GBP per month to have the website search engine optimised. In 4 months, I have received 2 emails relating to my website. All other emails are spam and people trying to sell me their services. I found out that they used 2 keywords and probably spent 10 minutes worth of work on my SEO and I have paid a few hundred GBP for this.
I think they are completely useless. In 1.5 years, I haven't made a single penny from my website, and wanted this post I wrote removed, only for the email I sent to bounce.
STAY AWAY FROM WEBCREATIONUK!
As the saying goes, cheap people pay twice! ;)
If you want a website made, please go through a recommended company, not by the cheapest price you see. You will regret it just like I have.

I couldn't agree more. I am struggling for many months now to get a half decent product. Unfortunately I cannot afford to go to another designer - so I am stuck!
Webcreation UK is a complete waste of time and money. They hook you in by claiming to be UK's best web design agency, charge half the money upfront, promptly outsource the work to overseas, and never deliver any useful product. They promise 'unlimited revisions', but the overseas designers never follow any of the requests/instructions. If you ask for five changes, you might get one, done badly, if you are lucky.
The business plan seems to be based on the first half of your payment - I wonder how many projects are actually completed.

The review websites are very reluctant to publish any negative reviews about webcreation. I have been told by 3 different websites (all 3 that I approached) that unless I submit all my details, including order number and copies of emails etc. they won't put up my review.
Now if you have decided to forfeit your deposits to cut your losses, that is probably ok. But for people like me, who can't afford to spend the money again with someone else, can't afford to take the chance that the review will cause further delays/poorer quality of work (if it was indeed possible!).
Within 30 minutes of submitting reviews at some websites I received emails to say that webcreation has asked for order no. etc. That poses some questions about the neutrality of these review websites.

I would warn anyone against using WebCreationUK. I've never worked with such poorly skilled developers. Every development update they sent me was laughably badly implemented - the development process was a long and painful one. In the end they gave me a refund of 30% of the development cost, but I was still left with a broken, non-functioning website that is yet to go live a year later. I found this review very helpful because... I have actually experienced very bad service from them and can't believe that any of the good reviews are genuine. The designs are off the shelf and cheesy and when we actually worked with the designers (in India - no telephone contact - email only which is EXTREMELY difficult) we realised that there was no way we could get the brief across. Our brief to the initial (sales) person in the UK was completely ignored and we always had the feeling that there were a lot of well-meaning people in India totally exploited and left on their own. - Do your research and type WebcreationUK problems into Google and you'll see.

Hello,
I am sorry to hear about your dreadful experience with WebcreationUK yet I am not surprised!
It took nearly 2 years for my website to be completed and to be honest the coding is useless and I have had to pay another company to salvage the mess that they had made.
Be very very warned! They are all nice and polite when you make your initial enquiry, once you sign on the dotted line all hell breaks loose.
As mentioned ALL projects outsourced (mine was India - Anup), no communication other than email and the hours and hours of precious time returning unfit work beggared belief.
Please be warned of this company: my site was started November 2008 and completed June 2010 (it went 'Live'): site has been hacked, I am nearly blacklisted with Google..
These people should be stopped! I tried contacting their local Trading Standards, but, no joy, they weren't interested.
I found it interesting to read how they bribe clients with the promise of free SEO if they write good reviews!! I had to pinch myself several times when I was reading 'how wonderful' they are!
Truly, they are a gang of spoilt yuppies who are very belittling and rude whenever you actually get through to them on the phone. They won't let you visit their offices, apparently they don't see clients..I wonder why?
Visit Elance or Odesk and get yourself a Webdesigner, this is all outsourced and a lot cheaper than you would pay these cowboys!
I sincerely hope that this has detered anybody from handing over their hard earned cash to them..Be Warned..

We have had a nightmare with WebcreationUk and are now having our website totally re-done by another company..
They effectively \"stole\" one of our domain names that we paid for..
As soon as the dotted line is signed then your on your own.
We got hacked 2x
We had a live website that was not attached to a payment system so no-one could buy anything

The service is mainly email based but you can get in touch with a WebCreationUK person in office hour who is only to willing to help. I found the process to be simple and effective. If I didn't like a particular part of the design I would email the developer and it would be corrected and turned around within a day or two depending on how big the change. All in all I was very happy with my site and would use them again without a second thought. (read more)

I am looking to spend a large wedge on a new website, thankfully I'll not be trying any company who interacts by email.
I can see the hardest part of my business model will be finding a top notch web design company.

Initial contact was good and proffesional. Design team were very good, took a little longer than i had hoped to, but partly my fault as i made changes along the way. Overall finished product is very good, eye catching, and does what it sais on the tin!

I've now used webcreationsuk for two project and after an initial bumpy start with a certain developer it has been plain sailing since then. I mean, for value for money- you are going to be hard pressed to beat them, so many additional add ons all controlable via the Content management tool. WebCreationUK offer a superb cost effective solution to companies wishing to have a professional website presence without 'breaking the bank'!
Thanks to WebCreationUK, Rock Outsourcing Ltd now have the presence they required in the market plac via a website they are proud to invite prospective and current clients to review.
The only downside is that we would have preferred to be able to speak to the developer on the telephone rather than by email as this method resulted in the timescale...

I would not recommend Webcreationuk to my worst enemy, horrific service, attitude, skill set etc etc.
If I could select 0 stars I would have but the option is not available.
I have reported them to consumer direct and trading standards. Unfortunately may have to pursue through small claims court as I cannot afford to lose the money paid.
I would highly recommend EVERYONE that feels as though they did not get the service/product they paid for to pursue through consumer direct/trading...

<br/>I have been very very disappointed with the service and mentality of their staff. They don't respond to emails. The designs they do are of poor quality. The sales team promises you everything verbally and then they don't deliver.
<br/>WebcreationUK is also a company that hides behind the small print. They do not make you aware at the point of sale that the websites are designed in India. You can't actually talk with the designer and the deposit payment is none refundable. Like so many other people they have taken my deposit and I have nothing to show for it. In my view webcreationUK are unprofessional.
<br/>I appointed them last year and I don't even have a home page yet. I have tried to get a refund and they do not refund. I HAVE NOTHING to show for my money.
<br/>I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. Please do your research about them. Just Google "WebcreationUK problems" and see all the people they have done this too!
<br/>We are a small business trying to survive in a tough business climate and we feel they are an awful company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. I have contacted trading standard and 'BBC watchdog' about them.

Good quility designs at a resonable cost and happy with the end result.it would help if you have your design and content already thought out otherwise it could take some time to get the final result.Emails always answered quickly and there was no language barries with milena who put my thoughts into practice.would of liked more in the way of some help in helping me build the website and maybe some more help from the desginer.

You only have to ask them to increase mailbox storage and they will increase the size substantially...I kno because i did this recently.There was no charge for this. I paid £100 for an ssl certificate .
