Good Points: Prompt and accommodating service
Bad Points: Difficult to communicate ideas via email only. Had to be very specific about design and style.
General comments: We have a very pleasing website from Web creation and our school is very happy with the result.
Our only criticism would be it has taken a long time to achieve the desired look.
Our particular web designer seemed to struggle with the ideas we were putting forward and it took many emails and screen shots to get it how we wanted. Part of the problem was that we couldn't speak directly to him, which would have made things much easier.

I was really pleased that your designer was able to build our website so that it met all our requirements, without any fuss or problems. The CMS is very easy to use and will completely transform our ability to update the content on the site. All the staff I spoke to were very helpful and friendly and I think you provide an excellent service that is great value for money.

The developer was quick to respond and always addressed the problems with certain parts of the site. He was always willing to complete alterations and did so within short periods. I will use webcreationuk for my next projects.

WebCreation is increadibly good value and the site looks as if it cost a great deal more than it did. They achieve this by outsourcing their designers as far as I am aware, which I was suspicious about at first but immediately confident and impressed once the designer got in touch with his initial idea for the site and logo. In fact in the end we hardly changed it at all. Although quoted a time frame of four weeks for completion it only took two.

Very patient designer who worked hard to create the design and functionality needed. Great support during and after sign off of the website. Overall extremely good value for money and very impressed with the service. Will recommend to others

We have a website designed how we wanted and that shows our business of to its potential. It took quite a while getting the site live onto the web. Would have liked to have spoken to our designer over the phone, however cant complain due to the outcome. Overall, pleased with service and well recommend Web Creation UK.

Could do with a support number where a lot of back end issues could be dealt with speedily and efficiently thus saving lots of time.

WebCreationUK delivered in design, development and attitude.
We had a great web developer and a simply brilliant website manager.

I loved the finished website and think that it will inspire customers to buy my book. It is artistic, professional and cool in it's presentation. Eventually all the text that I wanted was used.
I am absolutely delighted with the finished product but the building process was difficult because of the poor communication. However, I would strongly recommend WebcreationUK to others.

All in all we were looking for a design company that could deliver an innovative, fresh and professional design which would not only make our website a cut above the rest in design but which also contained the hidden architecture which would enable our site to be ranked above our competitors.

I would not recommend webcreation UK, they only offer support abroad it semms... which is Monday to Friday only so when I had a problem on the weekend I felt like there was no help. The staff that dealth with me in my opinion were unhelpful when I had made the final of 3 payments required. Our site has had constant problems since opening which remain unfixed, a very poor experience all round.

My website from webcreation UK cost in the region of £3000. But the amount of effort involved in getting a website designed to how we wanted it was a real uphill task I feel. So you never get to speak with them, so all that came in my experience was via mail, which is quite tricky to describe everything that you require for your website via an e-mail: the project managers were unhelpful I feel, I mean I found it very difficult to contact them... Very pleased with the service received and I would highly recommend WebCreationUK to anyone thinking of creating a website. Wide expertise in a whole host of web design (search engines, PayPal payment forms etc are a couple of examples on my site) and they have always exceeded my expectations with work carried out.

Overall, I found the whole experience enjoyable, the project manager (and his team were more than happy to make any changes, their questions were thought provoking and professional.
I am not a web designer, so although I had ideas about colour and layout, there was also a lot that came from the team, little enhancements that really made the site stand out.

Amazing what can be achived by email contact only all in all very pleased with the result. My designer was very helpful.
Bit confused about asking for a content rating as this was all provided by myself.

Overall good value for money. The underlying architecture of the site could have been done with more up to date technologies, but generally satisfied with the speed and quality of work.
I must add that we are a technology company and therefore have high expectations and exacting standards. As this team were able to meet our requirements, I recommend them highly.

The workmanship and service was first class. I received clear and precise instruction on all aspects from start to finish. The final result achieved was exceptional and fantastic value for money.
The only down side was my limitations on putting my ideas across on email, I think if a telephone link to my web designer was available it would have speeded the process up and made it easier for me to convey my ideas across. All in all a first-rate product and great value for money.
