Points to note for anyone WISE enough to read this review before they spend money with Webcreation:

1. You will NEVER speak to your nominated programmer about your design and content brief [we always think this is kind of crucial?] - we found this to be extremely frustrating. The reason for this is because the programmers are in INDIA - where does this get mentioned on their main web page!?
2. The Project Managers in the UK are not particularly helpful - they do not return calls and if you get shirty they start to refer you to the T+C's!!
3. Working to a deadline - forget it, web creation are not interested, they work at their own pace [very slowly] and you will be lucky if your programmer deals with two points in any working day.
4. FREE Logo design - rubbish - we got some clip art images which I could have got online in 5 mins.
5. FREE optimisation - rubbish, I provided Webcreation with page titles, content, and image details - after weeks of deliberation I had to send almost child like emails to ensure we got the changes we needed completed. At the end of the process another team member will contact you about optimising your site 'professionally' for £170 + VAT per month! [a bargain - not!]. Buy 'Getting Noticed on Google' and do it yourself.
6. Another test - do a search in google/yahoo on some of Webcreations 'trophy' sites from their web site - can't find them? - funny that eh!?

I have nothing good to say about this company ad look forward to following up a request I made to them about 5 months ago for access to the intellectual rights for web site - I do not want them hosting our site beyond the first year!

I should also mention that I created my own website with a web site builder firm called webeden in one week - this now has a Google page rank of '2' and far out performs any of webcreation websites! Oh, I should have said, this cost me £25 and a lot less hassle.

This is the second time that I have used Webcreation for website design. I have found the service to be incredibly fast and fantastic value for money. I would highly recommend them.

all the people i spoke to at web creation were very polite and generous with their time, that was important to me.

i would refer this company on to a friend.

the price for the service was also appropriate

I am having a terrible experience with Web Creation UK . I wish I had found this review site before I started paying them. Many many problems but the final straw is I have been emailing now for 3 weeks to a so called project manager and not had a reply. Not had a reply from the complaints dept either.

Web Creation UK is very good technically, i did find the over email development a long process though, this is the only negative part, quality and communication was excellent. The site is just us, we will request further development at a later stage.

I had my website created within 5 weeks and am very pleased with the final result! I was allowed to have input in to the design but also they came up with ideas of their own which have made it stand out amongst my competitors. Overall, very happy that i went with Web Creation UK!

Do not touch Web Creation UK with a barge pole. As per other comments, we had to complain about everything. The 'logo design' could have been achieved by a monkey and only one of the ten alternatives was passable. We had a two month deadline, but were still going at month six. They have no appreciation of or interest in their customers' business and the fact that the work is outsourced to India meant the designer did not grasp what was required for the English market. Webcreation uk offer a fantastic service at a price i could afford. There are cheaper options but i felt their portfolio was by far the best whilst still being reasonably priced.

With Web Creation UK we were able to change the site as many times as we liked and nothing was too much trouble and they guided us through every stage of the process. Being a complete novice to anything Web based it was fantastic to deal with a company who kept me updated through every stage of the development process and nothing was too much trouble

Web Creation has good website design, bit slow and did not really deliver what i asked for ( i asked for oscommerce, was given their own cart system)

Quite a difficult or perhaps different challenge for the Webcreationuk development team to take up and win. The MLB site combines a complexity of features and functionalities which the team, Rahul Patel in particular, really got to grips with in a very professional way. Web Creation UK is the worst choice you can make. They are beyond terrible!!! It took 6 months to setup 5 pages in blue 2 logos and 1 paypal buy button! On 5 changes you request they will make 105 mistakes! They use poor designers from Asia who have lost the will to work and live a long time ago!

We liked the layout of the website very much. It was simple and easy to the eye but also very professional looking... It was exactly what we were looking for if not better.
We liked the colours and tones used.
Work on the website was done fairly quickly.
We were given many extra sub pages to use which was very useful. We would recommend Web Creation UK to others.

Web Creation is an absolute joke of a company. We have had to complain just about everything; communication, quality, creativity, spelling mistakes and the amount of time it takes to complete simple tasks.

Just found out that the work is sub contracted abroad as well, not surprised but very worried as we are no where near getting our site launched 3 months in.

Steer clear.

Fantastic service. We made endless demands of Webcreation, with non-stop amendments, which they dealt with immediately. Their commitment and communication has been second to none. I wouldn't use anyone else, but them. I did lots of research beforehand and we decided to use Webcreation as their website looks so professional and appealing. I'm so glad we did. I have been working with WebCreation UK since last December and it has now taken almost 5 months for my site to Go Live. The complete process has been extremely difficult , stressful and cost me loss of earnings e.g. 1 small change had to be requested at least 5 times and this happened on many occasions with each round of changes taking 1 week and even half of those changes were not done correctly. The site was supposed to go live on Wednesday but the default price for payments was set to 0.01 ...
