Am with Screenclick but I want to give up next month. Many of the DVDs I receive are scratched (new releases and older ones too)and this affects viewing. Not like you can just return it to the store that day. Very surprised there's nobody inspecting them each time they're sent back.
To quit I want to get value for money of the full month that has been charged (eg making sure I get as many movies as poss), yet don't want to quit after they've charged my card; equalling 17.99 for nothing.... (read more)

Am with Screenclick for 2 years and apart from the odd postage delay had no problems. cannot recommend highly enough. They also now have live chat and phone support until late. Cant get much better than that (read more)

Screenclick's response time from customer service was ok. Selection is bad. They took over our account from moviestar and they don't have any of the movies we had in our queue from moviestar. they say they are taking over moviestar's inventory but who knows when. (read more)

Think screenclick is a godsend. I don't live near an extra vision and now get all latest releases by post. I signed up at An Post DVD rental which screenclick run. I think they must have changed since you were last with them. They now have local phone support and service is excellent. (read more)

Screenclick has a good selection of online DVD Rental's, however in my opinion the customer service is very unhelpful and slow delivery. Therefore I do not recommend Screenclick.com. (read more)
