    Good Points: Their website is well designed and they have an ok selection, but nothing special compared to competitors in my opinion.


    General comments: Unhelpful customer service in my experience.. I returned a disc in the mail and it was lost and they charged me for it even though it wasn't my fault I felt. I had to argue my case through email because they don't even have a phone number. Had to get a investigation but I feel the issue was never resolved so I canceled my account. Funny thing is they still send me emails!

    Only good thing about them is a "fairly" large selection. Everything else is poor... I mean bottom of the barrel.

    I've been using it for over a year and, other than minor annoyances when they change/update their programs and the odd unplayable disc, I have nothing to complain about. I recommend them whenever anyone asks about the service.

    I am not comfortable with them holding onto my credit card information personally. As far as I am aware they reserve the right to bill you if they deem you are responsible for a "missing in action" DVD.My experience has largely been positive. The few times I've felt the need to call customer service, I have not been satisfied with their handling of my concerns. In my opinion they want to send me as few titles a month as humanly possible, good for them, bad for me.Their web site which indicates w ...
