Good Points: i ahve had no good input from this service as of yet.
Bad Points: the fact that i thought because i dropped it i said it lost but someone else picked it up and refused to give me the phone when i said it was mine it surely is not my fault!
General comments: i have just recently put in for a claim with CPW Lifeline from E2Save for my mobile nokia n96, i accidently said it was lost instead saying it was stolen. actually i dropped and a passer by picked it up and i have reported it lost instead stolen. now the company said they cant do anything about it but i am not happy with this at all because it was not my fault human error. now that person is happy with my phone and i am left with having to pay for it. i actually thought leave him out of it because i saw him pick up the phone and i told him it was mine but he refused to give me back my phone! i am very unhappy! and hope you can sort this matter out for me!

I then returned 72 hrs later only to hear my claim had been declined for the simple reason that my call to block my phone had not been logged, nor was the phone blocked! I have Lifeline Complete (the most expensive policy) and having lost my Nokia 8800 I was offered an 8600. I refused to accepted this and was eventually offered an N95 8GB as I 'had been treated poorly'. Imagine my surprise when Lifeline then refused to honor their offer - they don't deny making the offer. One manager even said that the N95 8GB wasn't in stock and he had no way of knowing if they would ever get stock. Eventually they came clean and told me that the handset was just too expens ...- Read Guest's review (108 words)

I bought a mobile from e2save and took advantage of their free insurance for 3 months and then 5.99 per month. I had my phone taken from my coat pocket but as there were no witnesses I was given a Property Lost in street crime reference number by the police. I tried to claim on the CPW Lifeline insurance policy but was told they don't cover loss even though they use phrases like " 1 in 3 phones are lost or stolen" and "you need cover for calls made if the phone is lost or stolen" in their broc ...- Read martinweb's review (136 words)
