“Helpful staff, great range of riding gear”

I went there today to kit myself out for a return to riding after many years. The member of staff who helped me choose what I needed could not have been more patient or attentive. Changing rooms are spacious, with mirrors INSIDE the booth (don't you hate it when you have to exit to look in a mirror)plus a seat for "spectators" which was appreciated. Extremely fast tracked delivery, coupled with excellent customer service which kept me informed at every stage of the transaction and outstanding price-half the price of most of the other store.

See advertised on the internet (frogpool manor website) the Cushell Crusader boots approx £48 sold in packs of 4. I drove from Essex to purchase these boots only to be told by the rude staff in the shop that the website is incorrect and they are only sold in packs of 2 for £35. I said to them as its in writing on the internet surely my customer rights allows them to give them to me in a pack of 4 for the stated price but I was rudely informed that they reserve the right not to sell the... Horrendous to deal with. Extreemly rude staff. DO NOT BUY FROM!! Sold me a faulty pair of clippers, which they tryed to blame the damage on me but after having them independently inspected (by a top clipper company)showed in fact it was a manufacturing fault! no damage caused by myself! Sold a faulty pair and never even recieved any apology or money back. I think their customer care and service is disgusting. And have heard a lot of other people say the same. Stay well away!
