    Bad Points: EVERYTING-service


    General comments: Tthe service at The Saddlery Shop was awfull, first we got sent a adult c-7 when we orderd a child c-2 we phoned them up and very rudely they told us to send it back wich costs £5.00 so we did that . we waited a week and still no boots . so we phoned them up they said they had not recived any boots finallyn we found out trhat we had sent the boots to the home office not the shop , but that wasd the only address we had .then we got quit desperate for the boots . we got told that the home office had to sent them to us then we had to send to the sadderly shop, wich of course we didn't want to do because that would be another £5.00 down the drain . som we said forget about the boots just give us our money back. But to do that we had to send them the boots back it was absaulotley appaulling service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Good communication, fast delivery (3 days to Southern Spain), items as described. Website easy to navigate and quick downloads. Great communication and very helpful. Items exactly as described, really well packed and great delivery service, would definately recommend. Have bought from them a couple of times already and will definately buy from them again.
