    What a horrible experience I have had with The White Company. Their customer service is horrific and among the worst I have experienced.
    Getting through is a nightmare as they have been upgrading their phone system for the last couple months,emailing is also useless as people do not read the email properley and respond on a different item. Still waiting for my goods and its a month later only to be told they are now out of stock and it will take 2 months for the stock to come in. I have placed 2 orders with them and they have lost my order 3 times and I keep having to chase them up.

    liked clothes in The White Company brochure. ordered online they sent wrong size I phoned to tell them, they didnt try to get me the size I ordered and had a well that hard luck attitude I had to ask for them to pay P&P as it was there fault. wouldnt buy again plenty of online shops with good customer service

    The quality of the pyjamas I bought for my daughter from The White Company was superb, and they were generous in the fit. I was so pleased with them, and they were very reasonably priced, with free postage too, so I felt compelled to write this! I will definitely buy from them again.
