Ruth Watson's Fat Girl Slim is the first diet/non-diet book out of the 40 or so I have read in my desperate search for help that has actually made me laugh out loud and relax! Ruth has helped to put my increasingly panicy and confused self into perspective. I don't have to count calories....I don't have to suck on beansprouts.......I have lost 4lbs in a week by enjoying what I eat....Thank you..all I needed was a swift kick!
