    ZERO - loser service.

    I had £50 from selling products in my account. I did not use it for 3months and they started taking £10 every month for "dead accounts". I couldnt withdraw the money and now have nothing left, they basically stole my £50 because i did not use the service for a few months.

    NoChex have had our money from 16th April 2009. You can't get an answer, no one to phone. We required a new bumper painted silver sent it to everycarpart. They can't even trace the order despite sending id numbers. Why no phone number?

    Spent ages looking for a Paypal alternative and Nochex fitted the bill. No problems for 3 years then they email me saying they have changed their policies and no longer want my business, but regrettably cannot tell me why. Ok, I say, can I have the balance back please. In 90 days, they say. Not that you can actually speak to a real person - no phone number supplied.

    Simply check Google for Nochex Problems if you're thinking about using them and then decide, but take my advice and STEER CLE ...

    Having used NoChex for some time, I find it easy to use and secure. Its great that you can customise payments pages, and having a telephone number for an account manager is handy. Fees are competitive to other processors.

    I do not recommend Nochex due to my experience, I think this company is not worth the money for me personally as when I think of the service I received and the money I spent I would not use them again. I purchased a product through them in May and nothing has yet been delivered to me as far as I am aware. I have tried to contact them, but personally found it very difficult. Their website does not open the windows that are suppose to be for customer help in my experience. I would like to know how ...

    Transaction did not go through to recipient and cannot get a refund from them yet. Therefore I do not recommend NoChex. I recommend cheques via snail mail instead, No Chex.com has no means of contact that I know of as in my experience they have not yet replied to my emails it seems.

    I cant seem to even log in.I tried to log in and got the inactive info as they asked me to open a ticket confirming my details. I did and 8 days later I am still waiting for a reply to my ticket. When I tried the lost password it says my email is not in there system but if i try to make a new account with the same email it says it is in use.Even there forums are closed now and no one can register. Do not recommend No Chex.com

    I purchased an unlocking code for my daughters mobile phone and it went through Nochex. I never received the code and despite contacting them via email they were unhelpful as far as I am concerned. Instant Unlock Codes goes through them so I do not recommend this online payment system.

    I currently have several payment processors, Paypal etc and believe me Nochex are / were the worst possible.
    They NEVER defend chargebacks even when supplied with ample proof of services recieved.
    After complaning, only via e-mail as they won;t issue a number to call on, they shut my account withholding over £500 saying I can have it after 180 days, as long as no one else claims from them.
    Terrible service, avoid at all cost.
