absolutely discusted with the customer service from this company, I was told I would be refunded within 3-5 working days, 12 working days later I still havent recieved my refund and have been told by this company that I need too get it refunded from my bank so now I have too fill in forms and wait another week or two, absolutly terrible customer service and I will be staying clear in the future!… Read Full Review

What a disgraceful company. My card terminal went down due to them supplying me with an old model with software issues. After a nearly 30 minute phone call (which I was charged for) nothing was even close to being resolved. same thing they did it to me, they did not process the batch that credit card machine submit automatically everyday. for 5 months worth of transaction is still pending to process i did not get paid out for 5 months we need to bring this crooks to facebook page also.......... of and there staff is very very rude and arrogant unadjudicated

Keep on fighting! I got my non-compliance "Fine" back, despite first being told by a very aggressive female in their Compliance Department that no such refund would be made. Oh.....really??
Once my written payment request was sent, together with "informative" letter, I received the money back within the seven days period I gave them to comply with MY conditions.

Never ever use this company, these people are thugs . When they got me signed up they never mentioned they have about 100 pages of terms and conditions. The sales guy just mentioned the charges got the signature and was gone. I had a big order of which the customer paid with his credit card. Seems they were running true to form, then. They withheld my payments with the excuse that I might not deliver the goods that were paid for and this could result in a chargeback! I've only been in business 50 years so, of course, I MUST be a high risk. Can any reasonable person understand where these cretins are coming from? Good luck, my friend! My review should be up soon.

Absolutley useless company, terminal unable to connect several times a day so replaced terminal still doesnt work yet they want to charge 400 for returned terminal claim its customer damage absolutely no way replacement machine no different. I am having a similar problem ! I have purchased a product for 340 pounds paid through world pay. the company cannot supply and have made a refund ! that has not been paid into my account 3 weeks later ! On telephoning worldpay I was told it wasn't their problem and to get intouch with the merchant never again will I make payments through this appalling company!

I rang and told them, next news I have a debt collection agency Experto Credite - no reminders no statements no call - nothing. Pathetic. “dodgey business links do not use them.”

This company handles the payments for DCbatteries.co.uk that are really a Hong Kong business and that business does not fulfill the orders. Many reviews state this clearly. I have made payment nd not recieved any of my order. Therefore this payment company are not a secure payment service at all. Agree - Barclays much better for card payments. WorldPay make up prices as they go along, then put them up later, then up again, then put them up again - well known in the SME world for it now

I have written reviews on every site I can find in hopes that no one will ever sign with WorldPay again and they will go out of business. Beware, they will give you a great proposal but you will end up paying much more per month because of what category cards fall into and additional fees! We fought for 6 months about additional fees and finally cancelled. The cancellation fee was over $7000. They did not get this out of our account even though they tried. I am anxiously waiting out my contract with Worldpay. They started out nice and then started randomly increasing the fees. First I all of a sudden had to start paying a seperate fee to american express. Then they kept "mistakenly" trying to charge me a monthly technology fee even though I phone in my transactions and use a knuckle buster.
