I've been using paypal for 6 years to process my payments on my ecommerce site. No issues. Then my website hosting company recommends Worldpay. I'm told there is a 2.4% processing fee. Great! I sign up and all's going well until now. Suddenly I'm hit with a £40 charge with no explanation. My business is only small and that charge has wiped out a whole months profit. Worst company I have ever dealt with in business. DO NOT sign up with them for credit card services! They will lie and then teat you like you are doing them a favor to allow them to abuse you. Stay way from them and realize there is NO customer service from them. Find another company to deal with. They will start off with a "good deal" for you and raise the fees astronomically. “wow how many charges and log in detail !!!!”

As a sole trader I was sold this product, with a 14 day cancellation option. I didnt get my terminal till day 15, guess what, i could not cancel (strange that). I got the special offers card, trust me you can go on the internet and get all the special offers yourself.I was sent 6 different letters, with different passwords, log ins and merchant account numbers, I didnt know what where or when they were all for, the customer service was no help.I now have another card payment option far better… Read Full Review

I was originally a Cardsave customer who was absorbed by Worldpay. I am not a fan but as with all these things, it's a pain to move. I have stuck with it, as it works BUT I am looking around now because i can't bear to deal with a company who charges £4.99 just to be able to get my invoices! Shocking .... As from the end of May 2016, they are charging £4.99 for an account which simply allows businesses to obtain a copy of an invoice for their charges. “Extremely poor customer service”

I don't even use Worldpay. I tried to contact them because I was getting post from them for a previous occupier at my house. I kept forwarding the post to them saying he no longer lived there and nothing happened. Finally I called them and asked them to stop sending me post. I run a small business and have had about enough of this business who charge you fees without notice and when you try and speak with them they make claims about letters and emails they claim to have sent advising of charges and flatly refuse to credit your account even though you have not authorised their penalies. How dare any company write and tell me that they have, entirely without my authorisation, automatically enrolled me into a service that will cost me £4.99 per month. I now have to jump through hoops in my own time to cancel this outrageous sales exercise. “Increased fees with no warning”

I had used worldpay for 6 years. I would review the statements at end of year for taxes and other than that did roll up on fees through quick books. In the last year+ they have been charging an additional $45 fee with no notice. When I called to see why they said they needed to do a phone interview to remove the fee and that it was going to $65 this month. No email notification or phone call. We cancelled our world pay account for our Lancaster office when the office was shut in May 2014. Worldpay continued to charge us £18 monthly even though there were no transactions being made on the machine. I wanted to pay my tax using my debit card and HMRC use WorldPay. During WorldPay's payment process I was taken to a "verified by visa" page where my code was declined twice. I was taken back to HMRC's web page with the message that the transaction has been declined. “Hopeless Administrative Processes”

We run a small B&B and have been driven to total distraction by Worldpay's debt collection dept who are chasing a £15.60 invoice which their customer services department agree has been cancelled and is due to be refunded.
