If you are a small business owner looking for a reliable company to handle your payment options then this is not the company for you. The smallest problem seems snowball into a huge deal with these lot....who wants to spend hours on the phone sorting things out getting passed from one person to another...We ended up leaving them and having to buy our way out of a contract after not even using them for one payment ! World pay are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with!. I have a product I cannot use and have been paying out for this "product" for the last 3 -4 months at a great financial loss not to mention time and energy. Worldpay are the worst Company I have ever had to deal with in my life. The customer service is appalling. Customer complaints are terrible. WorldPay has been a disaster for us from inception. The salesman who signed us up misled us on the fees and the level of support we could expect from him and WorldPay. Every attempt we made to update our account details (business contact info, new bank account, etc) were not processed. “Arrogant, uncommunicative, and threatening”

I terminated my account following all the correct procedures in the contract, stopped the direct debit facility (thank god!) after making sure that all outstanding payments had been made, and they collected the terminal. They continue to harrass me by letter threatening Court proceedings for a claimed outstanding payment and never reply to my letters offering to pay them if they tell me what I owe them money for. Don't use this company. They are rip off merchants, freezing my money for no reason, account being constantly disabled because of their computer error. Ripping customers off for compliance money every month despite contacting them numerous times, when I am fully compliant, as I went through the compliance with them. If there is less than 1 star, I would definitely choose ZERO star!!!!!. This is literally the worst company you can ever deal with!! They stole £5500 from our orders as a customer ordered something special make and then changed his mind after bringing it and then he made chargeback (of £1000) and simply worldpay froze £7700 of our sales and said they will release £2000 only of them!!!!!!!! What a disgraceful company. My card terminal went down due to them supplying me with an old model with software issues. After a nearly 30 minute phone call (which I was charged for) nothing was even close to being resolved. same thing they did it to me, they did not process the batch that credit card machine submit automatically everyday. for 5 months worth of transaction is still pending to process i did not get paid out for 5 months we need to bring this crooks to facebook page also.......... of and there staff is very very rude and arrogant unadjudicated

Keep on fighting! I got my non-compliance "Fine" back, despite first being told by a very aggressive female in their Compliance Department that no such refund would be made. Oh.....really??
Once my written payment request was sent, together with "informative" letter, I received the money back within the seven days period I gave them to comply with MY conditions.

Never ever use this company, these people are thugs . When they got me signed up they never mentioned they have about 100 pages of terms and conditions. The sales guy just mentioned the charges got the signature and was gone. I had a big order of which the customer paid with his credit card. Seems they were running true to form, then. They withheld my payments with the excuse that I might not deliver the goods that were paid for and this could result in a chargeback! I've only been in business 50 years so, of course, I MUST be a high risk. Can any reasonable person understand where these cretins are coming from? Good luck, my friend! My review should be up soon.

Absolutley useless company, terminal unable to connect several times a day so replaced terminal still doesnt work yet they want to charge 400 for returned terminal claim its customer damage absolutely no way replacement machine no different.
