I had NEVER purchased a hamper before until Regency came along. I have ordered 5 in the past 5 months as a result of my very fantastic first experience in November; 2 within a week.
The only thing I don't like is you cannot trace the package online via the FedEx site like most other companies allow you to. But everything else is first class and first rate. I will continue to purchase them for friends and family here in the UK.
