I sent a hamper to my brother-in-law for his 70th birthday and he was over the moon with it. He said everything was excellent even down to the ribbon. The ordering was very easy and it was delivered on the day I requested. Will definetly use again and recommend. (read more)

I recently ordered a hamper for my dad's 70th birthday. There are many hamper companies to choose from but i chose Regency Hampers. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The ordering process was so simple and the choice available was overwhelming. What impressed me the most was that i received an email, the day before it was due to be delivered to say that it had been dispatched, and they provided me with a link to the courier company so that i could track the hamper at all times. My family wanted to order a special Easter hamper for our son and his wife in the UK. I found Regency Hampers to be very professional. They answered my queries promptly, reacted to any changes I made without hesitation and delivered the hamper on time, as they advised. Beware, check the weights of products displayed on website as pictures give no idea of sizes. Portion sizes are so small, stood them next to an A4 file and they are minute. The Christmas cake is one slice wrapped as an individual portion! (Like you get on your tray in a hotel).There was only a third of a bottle of cheap table wine, 8 oat biscuits, small packet of Walkers shortbread, The 3 jars of jams were tiny. No fresh ingredients. I ordered a fruit and muffin hamper from Regency Hampers last week to be sent to some friends of mine. I received a phone call to say the hamper was beautifully presented and was the nicest they had ever seen. My friends also went on to say the fruit was of excellent quality and certain fruits contained within the hamper, the nicest they had ever tasted. I ordered a large fruit basket from regency for my mother's birthday and we were extremely disappointed when it arrived. The fruit was lacklustre to say the least and none of the items looked anything like they did on the website with the presentation leaving much to be desired. Some items were missing and the more exotic fruit, such as the pineapple, was so green as to be inedible. A very disappointing experience and we will certainly not be ordering a hamper from them again. (read more)

I ordered a christmas hamper as a present in November 2010 specifying a date for delivery. Unfortunately between ordering and the delivery date the UK was covered in snow and services ground to a halt. I didnt expect to see the hamper at all. HOW WRONG I WAS - at 11am on the specified date my hamper was delivered and it was fantastic. I had NEVER purchased a hamper before until Regency came along. I have ordered 5 in the past 5 months as a result of my very fantastic first experience in November; 2 within a week.

The only thing I don't like is you cannot trace the package online via the FedEx site like most other companies allow you to. But everything else is first class and first rate. I will continue to purchase them for friends and family here in the UK. (read more)

I wish I could be so forthcoming about Regency Hampers as the other reviews here.

Our hamper didn't arrive on the specified day so we called and were told it had been lost by FedEx (FedEx say they never even received it!) and a second hamper would be dispatched and would definately arrive by Christmas Eve or even the day before.

It didn't so we called back and an apology was given and we were told we would get a refund and a free complimentary hamper in January as an apology.

Given past experiences with on line ordering, i ordered a hamper from Regency with a fair ammount of trepidation and nervousness. No need, the product turned up exactly when it was supposed to, beautifully packaged and well presented, there was a brief moment of doubt when my elderly mother kept on thanking me for 'the hamster' she'd recieved - bless... I bought a cheese and cracker hamper for my partners' family last Christmas from Regency Hampers. The prices were very reasonable, as was the delivery charge - FREE! :) I ordered in late October and specified the exact date I wanted the hamper to be delivered.
Sure enough, it turned up on the day and I was very happy with how it was packaged and delivered to me.
I will certainly be buying from them again this Christmas, and a much bigger hamper too! (read more)
