We were given this Morphy Richards machine about three years ago by an aunt after our old coffee machine broke down. Despite the low cost, we have found it durable (although the markings on the pot started to wear off almost immediately), easy to use and easy to clean. Moreover, it makes a smashing cup of coffee and a good espresso as well. You can set the strength on both the coffee and the espresso to however you desire it, and the milk warmer/frother is fast and easy. My only real complaint is the size as it takes up a huge chunk of counter space - but we've gotten so much use out of it I don't mind that much.
