Good Points: Entertaining film, especially around Christmas, hence the title. I wouldnt put in under a very good "horror" film but yeah, it's entertaining and there are aspects to a horror. The film has a good plot and shows the bad guy really cool and actually makes you scared of him as though he has got something sick and wrong with him. Good directing however I have not heard of most of actors in this film but the acting was nothing to complain about. Also lots of pretty young ladies that men would find, interesting.
Bad Points: I went with my girlfriend, a mate and his girlfriend and both of the two girls didn't like this film, therefore I would say this is more a man's film based on that but I could be wrong. All the sisters in the film are perfect and pretty which as I have said is good for the men but to be honest it makes it feel a bit cheap and maybe more of a teenagers' film. The film is very very gory and if you don't like eyes, do not go and see this film, the murderer pulls out the eyes of the victim after a kill and there are a lot of realistic, gruesome films that make you feel sick, I don't think this film should be a 15; it's worse than Hostel for gore and sickness.
General comments: I personally thought this film was very entertaining. It's quite short and didn't bore me once. The girls that I went to the pictures with didn't like this film therefore I conclude it's a lads' film also because of the pretty girls; however I could be wrong. The gore is unbelievable in this film, especially for a 15, and if you don't like eyes then I recommend not going to watch this film, my friend has a big thing about eyes and I know he would pass out if he saw it so just warning you there, it is very graphic.
