Good Points: Fast delivery The value is good for the offer
Bad Points: Was not happy with the connection Unhelpful customer services Unhelpful after sales service
General comments: I was impressed with the metro offer (Broadband + Telephone) at a very good price. As far as I am aware not yet received the phone but paid for it on the first two invoices, the connection was pour or non existent. And customer services, Billing department & Support must have offices in different Counties as there was no communication between them in my opinion. Overall I do not recommend DiGIWEB.

I requested a phone line from digiweb. It has not worked from day one. I have it in three months. They have taken three months invoices from me. Loads of emails going back and forth no joy. Phone still not working.
