My mum has bought it for herself but as I had run out of mine, she gave it to me. At first I was very disappointed with it. I previously owned Rimmel Sexy Curves mascara and I was extremely happy with it. Compared to that one, this mascara is bad. It doesn't really add any volume to my lashes, it doesn't curl them either. It does however make them appear longer and my eyes seem more open, which is very good. It also stays on throughout the day which I think is very important. I won't be buying it again simply because I just think that you can get better value for the same amount of money you pay.
P.S. it gives better results if I use an eye-lash curler beforehand and then apply the mascara.

It made my lashes longer but it wore off by the end of the day, it was a good mascara for about a month, then it clumped up my eyelashes and wasn't easy to remove.- Read nina94's review (35 words)

I used this mascara and at first I was very impressed but then the bristles off the brush were starting to come away and at the end of week 2 I had a bald brush and could not apply, waste of £5.- Read Guest's review (43 words)

You will need to buy a new one after a month or so but it is a good mascara to begin with because it really makes your eyelashes look longer and thicker. The Brush also made it easy to apply. Its also very cheap.- Read en1fjr's review (73 words)

I'm not a big fan of Rimmel, as I tend (or used to tend) to use more expensive products on the market, that promise better quality and results. Simply put, I like luxury when buying cosmetics. However, pretty recently, I've been trying to save more money due to particular circumstances. I saw the Rimmel Magnif'eyes Mascara in 2 magazines that recommended it as great value for money. In one of them it even won a beauty prize voted by readers.
Up until then I had been using mascara by Max Factor ...- Read aninna's review (232 words)

Rimmel Magnif'eyes Mascara is the worst mascara I have ever used. It clumps onto lashes, and it does not lengthen as advertised. As for value for the money, I rated this low because I just threw my money away when I bought this product.
I have used a another brand of mascara with a similar wand and thought this mascara would be better if it lengthens like advertised. Boy was I wrong...I guess you get what you pay for.- Read abbeymc's review (80 words)

I bought this mascara because the wand seemed new and interesting, it looked as if it would do exactly what it claimed. At first, I was really happy with it, my lashes were really long and the mascara lasted all day but came off with no hassle.
Soon, the wand started to 'decompose' in the sense that the cool-looking spikes which comb through lashes started to break away leaving the mascara near useless!
I was really disappointed in the end. If the wand kept its quality it would probably be th ...- Read jennibean's review (133 words)

I will not buy this mascara again!
Rimmel Magnif'eyes mascara is OK if you want to plaster it on. The brush is horrid. It does not lift lashes; it just slides all over the place.- Read gillsavage's review (35 words)

Rimmel Magnif'eyes is a very good mascara if length is just what you're looking for. It was cheap, around £5 - £6 when I bought it, although the price may have gone up or down now. I wasn't expecting miracles when I bought this, as it was just a quick fix, but I was pleasantly surprised by how long it made my lashes after a couple of coats.- Read Vogue's review (127 words)
