I have been hooked up for over 16 years with Comcast. Transferring service to my new home you thought it would be easy, with Comcast/Xfinity...NO WAY! I put in order for Comcast to Transfer my service over THREE weeks ago. Talk about lack of communication! I'm cancelling the whole thing! Customer service is terrible. I have had comcast service for almost three weeks. While the programming selection is great, customer service has been a nightmare to deal with. It all started with a botched install job (subcontractor). In order to get the issues fixed, i have had to have 4 different people to come to my house and obviously that means four different days that i had to wait around. Comcast Internet Service service department is uncooperative and terribly slow. It should be considered an emergency when a phone is out overnight and a repair truck should be sent out immediately. I suppose that once a party has signed up for your service, the real responsibly is not important any longer. I have however noticed that it is essential that all bills be paid on time or there is a threat of cancellation. I am very upset with Comcast and will consider changing my service.

I left Comcast to try DirectTv. Huge mistake. Comcast welcomed me back and gave me a special deal because I returned. It is ALWAYS a pleasure to call customer service. They take care of business and are always friendly… Read Full Review

I live in a small town that Comcast has turned their backs on. Most people near me have gone to Dish because of horrible service. If it rains, snows or is windy I lose connection. The lines are old and Comcast refuses to be bothered upgrading here. If I call for service I am told 7-10 business days for a technician and I am expected to take a day off to be here between 9 and 5.
