    too long waiting time to get to talk to a customer service agent on phone, when problems with mobile phone. They say they have systes issues in the call center but it's always hard to get through.

    In my experience, once the contract was up and running they dont seem to want to know when faults occur. In my opinion I found it hard to get a straight answer to any of my questions.

    The staff at Vodafone were charming when selling, inflexible and rude when it came to aftercare.
