Terrible customer care.
The company kept 2 deposits for over 2 months and failed to respond to any emails yet, chasing for re-payment and no-one has ever answered the phone on the customer care line when ive called. Eventually the deposits were repaid but this all involved a huge amount if hassle.
This company fails to impress and certainly won't be getting my custom again.
In short, avoid at all costs!

Really exceptional service, and good vehicle, no problems were had with it, it ran well, and we really enjoyed it, from start to the end of rental all went well, we had a flat tyre they came out within 35 mins of call brilliant. Highly recommend

Totally stress free for me booked through car hire direct, who booked my vehicle with these guys, and never ever have I been treated like this before, really good. Hassle free good car and competitive rate, if you hire a car in the uk use this company. I agree a map should be supplied - but as only fault good company

Really impressive service, collection smooth and efficient, nice clean well presented vehicle. One of the best car hire companies I have ever used, service second to none, will certainly recommend this company, and will certainly use again. Local map would of being helpful

Car-Hire-UK.com give a wonderful service, really pleased on collection - very helpful, and nice new car. There were no trolleys at the return location although maybe not their fault. Very good, will recommend and use again.

I would highly recommend your holiday car hire with Care-Hire-UK.com, made my trip travelling with my elderly mum so pleasant and easy, Brilliant!!! Best car rental company I have ever used at Heathrow, meet greet staff were lovely so pleasant we were treated like royalty. I would really recommend using these guys, its obvious they care about there customers.

Vehicle as stated new, clean and meet and greet service brillant, so friendly and helpful, and set us off on the right route, mother is 89 years of age and this was great for us, as I was expecting to queue in the cold at the bus yard like when hiring from Hertz last year never again, we will keep coming back to these guys lovely thanks.

They charge £7.00 if you return your car dirty, so we had to run through a car wash, fair enough I suppose, we had a stone chip advised them it happened on m25 and they waived the charge, so we had our bond cancelled in full, brilliant, and very fair, would certainly recommend!

Overal the best car rental company we have used. We never had to pay a deposit as we selected the extra insurance, as you never know what will happen, if some car drives or hits you, you are liable and it happened to us when we hired from hertz and they kept our deposit. I would recommend taking out insurance with any car rental company, because you will have to be pretty stupid to think you will not be liable if you damage your vehicle, to be fair, we never forgived hertz for it, and it wasnt r ...

The car was returned in perfect condition, washed and vacuumed. We have made many phone calls to the Company and sent innumerable e-mails to no avail. Our solicitor sent them a letter demanding refund but have not received a reply or cheque. In one of the many phone calls we were told by the person who delivered the car to us that the repayment of the deposits had been made the day before. Not true.

The car was returned as instructed, in perfect condition, washed and vacuumed, and with a full tank of petrol. After returning the car we had to remind them of the overdue refund of the deposits. I have not received any email responses from car-Hire-uk as of yet, and when I ring I get put on hold for up to 1 hour.
They have not refunded my excess and fuel deposits after 16 weeks, and they have not tell me why.
I received my insurance deposit back in full more than 6 months later after filling a complaint with the credit card company, I still did not get a response from UK car Hire
