we were on our way home when we stop at cheapo gas station. there was a rep/ who was doing demo and selling fw1. I was headed back to my truck, when he started talk to me about nascar. come to fine he he was a sale rep. and that was pushing fw1. I started to pump my gas and he follow me and started to do a demo. “Possible Paint Damage”

Written on: 12/05/2013

Purchased at Costco for a promotional price of $29.95 and used most of a can on my Caddy and chrome rims and the silver colour really shined as did the chrome rims. I've used carnauba waxes for many years and after completing the job I couldn't feel any wax residue on my skin from the small cloth applicator which raised my suspicion's. The contents of the can read petroleum distillates, heptane and liquified petroleum gases and no mention of any type of wax. Like the demo in Costco, this... (read more)

“DAMAGED PRODUCT”

Written on: 29/04/2013 by Gemenai

I wouldn't know how great it is. Never got to use it. We had a damaged/faulty product sold to us and now no one from the company wants to answer our calls. When they do, they make promises to be at a certain location to exchange it for us, then they sing a different song when the time came. Excuses left and right, up and down. It's pathetic. “Excellent!”

Written on: 29/04/2013

I have never had such clean windows & mirrors in my house. I have tried many different tricks & products but they always came out streaky. Now they are fabulous. I think the trick is to always take a clean cloth to buff when you are done cleaning. I hope too many birds don't see their reflection. I got mine @ Costco for $30.00 for 3. Great value (read more)

“It's worth the money and time.....”

Written on: 01/04/2013

I know people have stated it's a waste of money. I am very serious about my car. This STUFF works great. I have a 2008 Highlander and took it in for trade in. I got over 4000 extra on it in trade value because of how well the interior and exterior looked! I have used this stuff for the last 4 years and I am SOOOOOOOOO glad I did. I lived in Chicago half the time and La Vegas the other part both extremes and it worked great. I just suggest you try it....the carpet and upholstery cleaner... (read more)

“The Easiest Car Shine Ever!”

Written on: 21/03/2013

My husband bought a can last year, and forgot it was in the laundry. After he had washed my car, he asked me to polish it. "Leaving the hardest job for me!" I thought. I remembered seeing FW1 in the laundry, sprayed it on the car and gently rubbed it in. "Now comes the hard part", I thought. The polish went misty very quickly, and I used an old towel to wipe it off. Wow!! It was the easiest car shine ever! No elbow grease, and done in a quarter of the time it took with other polishes. I was... (read more)

“Worthless”

Written on: 14/03/2013

I'd rather take the $10.00 and give it to a homeless man begging for food. The wax did noting for my car besides leave behind a waxy residue on my windows. Oh and yes I can still see fingerprints on the window after applying that stuff. However, kudos to the "sales professional" who sold me that useless stuff. He was so annoying, I just gave him the money to get away from me. Note to self, never make eye contact with the creepy guy at the gas station wearing a name tag. I couldn't tell if he... I just did all of my windows with the stuff - the directions say to clean with a terry cloth (I just used a hand towel) and then polish with a microfiber cloth. My windows are spotless and fingerprint less - wiping with the microfiber towel makes all the difference!

I've avoided buying any waterless car wash for years now, but I decided to give it a shot. I'm sick and tired of the pollen - if I've only gotta do this once per month like they said (which, we'll see...) then I'll be a happy camper.

“Excellent product”

Written on: 09/03/2013

This product really works. First I wash the car, dry it and then use FW1. It gives a very good shine and remove tar easily. Now once a week I just spray it and remove the dirt with a rag and next use a microfiber to buff and shine. The only thing is the price. My wife brought it at a gas station for $20.00 for just one can and they gave her a "free" bottle of a multipurpose cleanser that you can buy for $2.00 at a discount store. For me a fair price should be 3 cans for $20.00 (read more)

“I used to work for the marketing crew selling this.”

Written on: 09/03/2013 by Fw1BLOWS

I used to work for these guys selling this stuff, showing up at random gas stations paying them off For the week. Just to let you know this stuff is made from pure WD 40 and rain ex, that's it. This stuff is only good for cheap people who just want it done fast, they will tell you that you don't have to wash your car but of u don't the dirt just moves around, it doesn't really clean. If you got it for 25 bucks you got ripped off, it's the normal deal for 2 for 25 plus some cheap towels or... (read more)

I bought the 4 pack car detailing kit from the guys that were selling this outside of a gas station yesterday. When they demonstrated it my car looked newer than eve2. It's a 2004 Taurus. He used the exterior wax cleaning stuff on the windows and one headlight. I was impressed so I ended up buying it. It does great with surfaces other than glass. “Do Not Buy This Product!!!”

Written on: 01/12/2012

As the saying goes, if it seems too good to be true, it likely is! First of all, FW1 Cleaning Wax doesn't clean anything. It literally just rubs around all of the dirt that you have on your car, mixes in with that wax, and seems to leave the paint shining when you wipe it off...WRONG!!! Look closely. Those swirl marks and tiny scratches that you see, is the damage it's doing to your clearcoat. And for the bird droppings and bugs that are hard to remove, you have to scrub SUPER hard to... Streaks...streaks everywhere! I have a blue 2009 F150 lariat (the lariat color combo) and i used this on it 2 years ago. I couldn't get the streaks out. No matter how much I buffed it just wasn't happening. even switched to a new towel. It took about a month to get it off of my windshield. Thought it was because of the color of the paint. Yesterday I tried it on my new ford edge and it was the same deal. My edge is red so it not that deep of a color compared to the lariat blue. I buffed and... (read more)

Yep, I was one of those approached at a gas station, bought the sample and put it on the shelf. Gave it a try a year or so later on my 1989 Jeep Cherokee and I was HOOKED! Next up was my 1999 Yukon. Used up the 2 cans I originally had and bought a case of 6 on ebay - why a case? Well, so many times a product I really like ends up discontinued and then what? That was in 2010. I still have 4 1/2 cans left - don't use it too often but dang the vehicles look good when I do. BTW now I wash first,... (read more)

But I decided to a take a chance after a little preview, and got a couple of cans to test it out. I drive a 14 year old car with yellowing headlamps and white paint that shows dirt clearly. “Very difficult to get non streaky shin”

Written on: 29/08/2012

This product is the worst wax I have ever used. The spray goes everywhere including where you have just tried to buff. You can buff the same spot 10 times to try and remove the streaks and they are still there I also have a black car and don't want this stuff anywhere near it. This is not even a close second to any of the Mothers products. I bought it at Costco and will try to return it as I will never use it again. Turns a small job into a big job. (read more)

Recommend use of a gas mask and gloves to put this stuff on your car. It smells really bad IMO. Not so sure how green aerosol spray will do to the environment. A can will only wash my little Honda twice. Not that much cheaper than an actual pay car wash. Again, this stuff smells so bad and makes me sick. Really. (read more)

“I was a Turtle Wax fan”

I was the guy who only used Turtle Wax since the day I bought my first car. It is applied and removed in an easy fashion. It also has a great shine...so I thought. I purchased FW1 from a Big Lot and boy what a purchase. It goes on easy, produces a great shine, and repel dust. Days after cleaning I can still see the shine of hood from inside the truck. “FW1 spray wax”

I purchased this product from a demo at Costco - 3 bottles for $29. The demo showed how it removed tar from a car hood. I bought the cans of FW! and had a chance to use them over the past couple of weekends and noticed the following: FW1 does have amazing cleaners in the wax that remove pretty much everything. I was especially impressed by the way it brought the painted plastic parts of the car body (like the bumper) back to "like new" condition. It also brought the worn glass on the... (read more)

A guy at work told me about this product. We work in a refinery setting so cars can get quite dirty. I wondered why his black prado always looked in pristine condition. He told me he doesn't wash his car and only uses the FW1 formula. When I saw the stand outside the local shopping centre I approached them and bought 2 cans and polishing cloths and have been using it for over 12 months now. I was approached by a man at a filling station who demonstrated on a fender of my old white Silverado pick-up.
