    Good Points: Freindly, good service, value for money and much better than other companies i tried.

    General comments: fantastic holiday to Majorca. Great value for money and will definately use Bookable again as they had much better offers than other agents and seemed much more helpful than other companies. Definately recommend to anyone.

    Bookable Holidays displayed a fantastic level of customer service. Despite the fact that we were unable to go ahead at the time due to work commitments, unlike many other similar travel agents they remained extremely helpful. They even called back around 15 minutes later with a much cheaper price for us to consider which again i felt was outstanding compared with everybody else we had spoken to.

    Just had a fantastic holiday again with Bookable holidays. Have received great customer service again and excellent value for money. Really good and made our life so easy, no problems with anything. Fantastic throughout. Majorca was where went and we did AI for the family and food was great, entertainment was great fun too for all young and old.

    Fantastci holiday in Majorca. Everything went smoothly even booking the holiday was made easy. Good customer service when we booked the holiday and good website. Will definately use Bookable Holidays again. Great value holiday.

    I have used Bookable holidays to book my family holiday for the past 4 years and thought it time to give some feedback after yet another fab holiday. We have just come back from Marmaris (Turkey) where on meeting some really lovely people we got on to discussing where we booked our holidays and how much we paid. It was at this point that i realised just how much money we had had saved by booking with them over the phone and how simple and efficient the service was.

    I have booked with Bookable Holidays for the last couple of years and have found them brilliant. I have been to Egypet and Turkey both holidays were great and really good value for money. The customer servie form Bookable Holidays was great they were very knowledgeable.

    Please see review written 22 Nov.2008 To update the situation, Bookable Holidays continue to ignore any communications that have been made even communication with abta has been ignored. We have learnt from this that abta accreditation is meaningless. Bookable are obviously very arrogant or totally ignorant. I would never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

    This is an update to review that I wrote on 22 Nov 2008. Bookable blamed another company for the problem & stated that bookable were not responsible for what had happened despite the fact that their name was on the invoice. The other company that they blamed did not appear on any paperwork & were not ABTA accredited.     Bookable Holidays are a great company to deal with, sales staff very helpful and full of knowledge. All confirmation sent to me straight away and tickets arrived 3 weeks prior to travel. When calling the after sales department I only had to wait a couple of minutes and the lady I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful. Definately recommend them and cant wait to book my next holiday with them again, highly recommended! Great service from start to finish, they even epgraded my room for me ...

    I have just returned from holiday booked through Bookable Holidays. At first I found it difficult to find any information about them but once I got through to the sales agent put my mind at rest assuring me that Bookable holidays are in fact ABTA and ATOL bonded for financial protection. The holiday went off with out a hitch and I would defiantly recommend this company and will be booking with them again.

    I paid for my holiday in full at the end of March 2009. I am now 4 days prior to departing to our holiday destination and despite several promises that our tickets would be with us 5-10 days prior to departure they have not yet arrived. I have contacted bookable holidays via website and by telephone 4 times and all I get is the automated response "we are dealing with your enquiry". It can take up to 45mins to speak to someone, and when you do speak to anyone they fail to deliver what was promise ...

    Not a good start, suppose to be flying tomorrow to Turkey but no tickets have arrived. Contacted Bookable Holidays by phone only to be told that they couldnt help and to email their admin section, I listened and did just that however I received a standard response from them saying they would come back to me 'at least by the end of the day' . This did not happen, nor the next day, or the day after. I do not need to be stressed at the start of a holiday. There is no link on their site for any ...

    Having booked a last min holiday through Bookable Holidays over the telephone, they clearly stated the cost that would be taken from credit card, however, they actually took more than quoted from card!! Still waiting to hear for an explanation!

    Bookable Holidays is the worst tourist agency i have ever used. We booked for Egypt trip a FEW days before the XL collapse. This was late September, bookable holidays refused to send us any proof of payment, tickets... anything relating to proof that we were going, pretty much all we had was the credit card statement that showed that we did infact pay them. Then after all the drama they managed to refund the hotel booking, but for the flight they said we must go to ATOL. 6 and a half months late ...

    Bookable Holidays are a fab company to deal with, great prices, great holiday, will definitely recommend them. Very professional at all times, had one of the best holidays ever, using them again to go back in a couple of months.

    Found a holiday with Bookable Holidays to travel to Egypt in February this year. Great booking process, no problems at all. Had a brilliant time and now looking to use them again to go back in October. Cannot fault the service we received from them-had a couple of questions after I had booked and the aftersales care was superb! Highly recommend them to family and friends.

    Still waiting after 10 months for bookable holidays to pay compensation for a holiday sold to us a 5 star that was actually little more than a building site. They failed to inform us that it was down graded.! Letters unanswered, ABTA now dealing.

    Still waiting to hear about my refund from Bookable Holidays from a holiday last September and which I paid for nearly a year ago. I have had no recognition from the company that they are nearly with my refund. Customer service is very poor ... constantly wait on the phone and have no correspondence about where my money is or if indeed thay are even investigating the problem.

    We will never ever use Bookable Ski again. We are Group Leaders for a large ski group and have organised ski holiday's with various companies every winter for years without any difficulty. The uncertainty and lack of unreliability associated with this booking, bearing in mind our responsibility for others' holidays, created an incredible amount of stress.     This is the worst Travel agent I have ever had the misfortune to come across. The tickets did not arrive 7-10 days before departure as promised and when I eventually got through to them on the phone they informed me that they had not received the tickets from Crystal yet and if the tickets had not arrived the day before we were due to go give them a ring and they would sort it out.
