Good Points: This is a great workhorse. I can get three mugs of cappucino at a time and it tastes great. The steamer is fantastic as long as you ensure there's plenty of water to create the steam.
Bad Points: I see someone else's comments about limescale. I make sure that I empty the reservoir every time I use the machine and that seems to help. I've only had to descale twice in 3 years.
General comments: I bought this for the office. It gets worked hard and it's still going strong after three years. This is a great machine.

The Morphy Richards eeded descaling every 2 or 3 times of use, I spent more on descaler than I did on coffee!
