    Good Points: Brilliant service!
    Rapid customer service response to my query!
    100% accurate on the order (expected really, but that is not the case for every seller)!


    Bad Points: Just - maybe on the IT side, if they could have set my mind at rest with a conformation email, but I was informed this was a computer error. In all the ways that do count, there are no bad points!


    General comments: Close your eyes, imagine a purchase without a hitch (the way it's meant to go), and that's what you get with Green's Horticulture. There are so many sellers who just can't do the job. With these guys, I made my purchase, but I received no conformation. Suspecting the worst (due to bad experiences with rubbish sellers online), I sent an email to highlight my concerns, and I received a very laid back attitude about the error (which didn't help to ease my concern at the time). But, contrary to my initial concerns, these guys delivered on time, and they are 100% professional. I would recommend them any time, and I am 100% sure that my voicing my concern to them didn't make them do anything better than they would, had I just not contacted them (I didn't have to chase my order).

    I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
