    Tried some of a friend's smartwax. Was ok. Went on easy, came off easy. Shine was comparable to regular wax, though. Not seeing the big deal here, product-wise, but price-wise you're getting ripped off. You can find comparable products for less money. Vendor has also been known to troll car care forums, using multiple accounts to impersonate customers who have tried it and talking up product. That's pretty sad. If the product was really that great, the results and customers would speak for themselves. This is mostly an over-priced get-rich-quick scheme product. These 5 star reviews are probably the vendor posting.

    Smartwax is a fantastic product, really easy to apply and buff off, looks great and only took me and the wife 15 minutes from start to finish and the MX5 looks great.

    Smartwax is easy to apply and remove - it can be applied to a wet surface and in direct sunlight, it also doesn't powder when removing.
    Top Value for money - I didnt use much.
