    This is the worst company ever, don't order anything from them they will steal your money. HORRIBLE COMPANY, WORST COSTUMER SERVICES, THIEVES.

    They sent my order to me even tho I ordered flowers from the states to be sent to Canada. I wrote my friends address in the to: area on the form and they still refused to refund me. E-Florist had no customer service skills. never again.

    I will NEVER use this website again!!!!! I did not get what I ordered. I had a very specific conversation about this with the e-florist representative when I was placing my order. I wanted to make sure I would get what I ordered. I asked them to call the local florist to make sure I could get what I ordered. They assured me that it could be made. I was also over charged when the charge hit my credit card. When I called to complain they "said" they would refund the difference (we'll see). ...

    They rip you off by charging you for conversion of Canadian dollars to US dollars when their website states all orders are in US dollars. I want everyone to know what type of business E-Florist is.

    This is the first negative review I've written for anything. E-Florist had no control over delivery process, ability to confirm shipment, or management of local florists. On top of that, absolutely no remorse or desire to change the situation.

    I paid for flowers from e-florist and then an additional charge to 'upgrade' to what they termed marvelous. The flowers were delivered as promised HOWEVER it was the WORST arrangement I have ever seen...I kid you not, it looked like a child had pulled some flowers out of the ground and thrown them in a cup...I wish I could post a picture.     I order flowers for my gf birthday. It was a last minute order but they delivered the same day, and since the price was very high (by comparison to competition) I expected something special, but the flowers were just ok. Could have saved $70 ordering the same from competition or just by calling local florist directly.     Same as everyone else who used E-Florist. They charged me a conversion when everything was clearly marked in USD. I stayed on hold for almost an hour and called back multiple times in the hope of talking to someone. Didn't happen.

    Excellent Website .....unfortunately it doesn't seem that what is displayed on the site is what you get as a customer.
    Very Poor Customer Service.
    Did not receive what was ordered.
    I ordered at 67USD arrangement (94 Can).....the order recieved was NOT what was ordered. It looked like a dollar store arrangement. When trying to get help to solve the problem found it impossble to get resoluton ...still waiting for e-florist to solve the problem.

    Prices are stated in US dollars. Company is in Canada. When flowers were purchased the total invoice was $77 US. When credit card statement arrived the charge was $99 US. I called to find out what was going on and E-Florist said there was diffference in currency. So in Canada $77 US dollars is really $97 US dollars.

    Since E-Florist are located in Vancouver, they don't tell you that there is an additional $10 charge as well as an international charge of $5 on each purchase until AFTER you buy off their site. They tell you in the email receipt that they send you. When you call to dispute it, they say they are only able to refund you half of the overcharge....if the flowers even get delivered at ALL! I was hung up on several times until I even talked to anyone who could talk to me like a civilized person. ...

    E-Florist are aweful absoultely AWEFUL dont order flowers from here unless you would like to be ripped off. they bill you more then the original cost and when you go looking for a refund expect to wait a month and then theyll refund you a VERY small portion of what they owe you. SO DONT DO IT.

    E-Florist is a terrible company, poor custumer service, do not order anything from them. I wish I had done my research and seen all of these bad reviews. I was overcharged when I checked my visa purchases. Here are the details:The grand total that came in my email was $110.55 USDWhat showed up on my visa was $154.77 CAD. that is using a conversion rate of 1.4 which is ridiculous. There has not been a conversion rate of 1.4 in 10 years!!! If they were using market prices like most online ...

    E-Florist Floweres ordered to be delivered on Sunday. Client ordering is handicapped, thus is unable to get out to shop, this was birthday gift for wife. There was no block in their system to prevent ordering for Sunday delivery. Flowers were delivered on Monday. If customer would have been notified of block would have ordered for Sat. delivery and would have been on time for birthday. When customer service was called, no apology...only the fact reiterated that no delivery on Sunday...ever. ...

    I am still waiting for the flowers to be delivered from E-Florist to my sister, although the delivery date was Monday just gone. I have emailed them and they have failed to contact me back, it was a large sum of money and i so angry that over the poor service.

    Do not place an order with E-Florist. My daughter ordered a bouquet of roses for Mother's Day. They never arrived that day although she ordered it five days before. After phoning the company several times, where I was hung up on, someone in an unmarked van delivered 6 withering tulips thrown into a cheap vase two days later. I think they were purchased at a grocery store. And my daughter paid 70 dollars for this? Never use this service

    Absolute Rubbish....no order delivered for mothers day, E-Florist don't answer phone calls, nor emails.... I ordered from Australia, so I sat on their 1-888 number for a good hour, just to run their phone bill up
