General comments: I never received my order from E-Florist, then when I called they said they never processed it! They then said it was because the name of the card holder was the same as the recipient. (I was sending flowers to my studio for a photo shoot). They then appeared to hang up on me, transferred me 3 times when I called back and proceeded to tell me the order was too complicated and is there anyone else who could confirm my identity? I would not recommend E-Florist.

E-Florist - I did an on-line search for a florist to send flowers to a co-workers family members wake, I did a 5 mile radius search in NYC and somehow ended up placing an order with E Florist, it was not until my co-worker returned to work that she told me no flowers from me ever arrived, then bill came in and I was being charged from some company in Vancouver? I worked getting my credit back but the gesture on my part for a friend was lost.

I placed an order yesterday (Saturday) for a delivery on Sunday (today). On Sunday is my mom's birthday and in our culture specifically it is considered to be bad luck to receive any gifts/flower earlier than your actual birthday. In my order I specified the delivery date of Sunday. In the special request box I even put preference for delivery between 9-10am. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Billed my credit card more than the amount on my statement and I did not receive the product! Have to go through my credit card company to have the charge disputed.

www.e-florist-inc.com - My delivery area was deemed to be "irregular" despite this issue not being raised on the phone or on the website during the placement of the order. Despite paying the $10.00 'same day delivery' charge I was contacted and informed that I would have to pay an additional $10.00 for the flowers to be delivered at all, despite it being over a week late.

I was charged an additional $10.00 as my delivery destination was deemed to be outside of their usual areas despite this not being raised by them on the phone or on the website during the ordering process.
The bouquet was finally dispatched over a week after I ordered it for a birthday the next day.

I found E-Florist to be apparently deceptive on pricing. I thought they seemed to hide the fact they are Canadian based and use fine print to explain that the price is not in US dollars. No report yet on quality or if flowers delivered. Have had no confirmation from company as of yet. They did not address the issue of pricing when I called them about it.

I paid $10 extra for same-day delivery. The flowers arrived two days later. The delivery agency misspelled my name on the card. Actually, they didn't just misspell it. They wrote a completely different name. I was invoiced for $47 but my credit card was actually charged $53, plus a foreign transaction fee, because unbeknownst to me these folks are in Canada. E-Florist overcharged me, not going to refund $15 even though it was their fault plus sent invoice for one price charged more, plus another 3.45 for "currency conversion"? When I tried to ask them why would you charge me in a different currency when on your website you clearly state you will charge in USD, they wouldn't respond.
One more point. When I call from my landline they don't answer, but if I call from my cell phone they'll pick up?

I put my order on a Friday and got the confirmation email stating they have received my order.
On Saturday I just called to follow up on my order and good thing I called...The girl, who said she is supervisor and the manager, said that they have tried to find a local florist and the closest they could find is about 20miles away and they are charging $20 to deliver my flowers! So they have sent me an email to cancel my order (which by the way I never received it!) since they cannot cover the $20 ...

I have no good points for this E-florist ,I was charged one price on line ,then a different amount was withdrawn from my account I will never again order from this company I thought I was ordering from a local company ,I have no idea who these people are .I have no way of contacting customer service.

My experience with e-florist-inc was terrible with no recourse in sight. Not only was the bouquet I ordered unsatisfactory and not at all as pictured on-line, but the link they provide for customer service kicks back my messages back to me as "unsolicited bulk mail". I cannot get satisfaction via the phone either: the wait time is 15 minutes or longer and I was put on hold numerous times the time I finally did break through. General comments: I live in San Diego and I bought flowers to be delivered to Seattle from E-Florist. Instead of being charged the amount that the invoice receipt said, I was overcharged by $10! This was the first time I used a service like this. To my surprise it was painless, The website is not unnecessarily over complicated. My flowers arrived when they were supposed to and appreciated without concerns. I'll use www.eflorist-inc.com again.

I would use the E-Florist online florist service again. My flowers arrived on time, and the sales girl was nice enough to make sure my flowers arrived to my daughter, even though I placed my order late in the day. Thanks for the extra help! The flowers were beautiful too!
