    I made reservation for the car approximately 2 weeks before the flight.
    Stevens Rental Cars called me one hour before our flight to Cyprus and told he do not want to rent us a car due to the fact we are not usual driving a car on the left side of the road. So, we had to rent a car from another company on our arrival to Cyprus.
    I cannot describe condition of the car as I never saw it.

    Anyway, I think this is unacceptable!
    Really poor service!

    Have used Stevens Rental Cars a number of times and have been totally satisfied each time. Good quality car and reasonable hire price. Impressed with friendly attention at all times. No question as to who we arrange car hire with summer 2009. Good quality and clean car.

    Good almost new cars well prepared with very good personal service. Car and person from Stevens always at Larnaca when we arrive and very helpful every time and we use maybe 2-3 times a year. Can certainly recommend.

    If you go to Cyprus and need to hire a car, try Stevens Rental cars. We received a great service. Τhe car was brand new as promised. There were no add ons on top of the price. We also received free delivery at Larnaca airport on our arrival. A very pleasant gentleman delivered it to us.
