    Good Points: They seem professional, clean and organised offices. But can't never answer a question.


    General comments: About a year ago we had a deposit dispute with our landords and stags estate agents absorlutely positioned on their favour even without any inventory or evidence of the landlords claims. They neglected our emails even after contacting the manager personally. The members of staff are absolutely unprofessional and have no idea of the rules and regulations that apply on rented properties. I would never recommand them.

    had viewing booked last year with Stags Estate Agents, waiting 1/4 hour before calling, then they had completely forgotten/not registered the booking.also bad customer dealings with attempted sale of house.

    We have lived in the South Hams for several years, and we have sold property on two occasions through other firms. However, Stags estate agents is like a breath of fresh air! Their attitude towards their clients is "as it should be" and not as you tend to find with others.

    We would not hesitate to recommend Stags.
