    If you do not care how you are treated or spoken to visit the crop shop in Lowestoft, the manageress appears to think she is above having to be polite to clients and treated my daughter more like an item than a human being, when her boss is contacted to discuss the issue I remained calm and to the point, he became angry and hung up the phone.
    I find it appalling that a business which deals so intimately with the general public can operate with two senior staff members being so rude and uncaring ...

    when moving to norwich i had heard good things and bad thngs about cropshop but i thought i'd give it a go.
    when i arriving at the salon i was greated by two friendly receptionist who took to the waiting area and said the wait would be about half hour but it wasnt it was more like 10mins
    my stylist was very friendly and funny i found it easy to talk to her.... and the hair cut was fantastic and just like the photo i had brought with me!!! (i had long waist lenght hair and had it cut into a chin ...

    I often go to crop shop for ease and convienece and to be honest all ways get a fair cut at a fair price. but i must write as today i went in and a new person cut my hair and wow . it was the best cut ive ever had ..... on top of that she was polite, listened and chatted with me and in made my visit a joy. Well done Crop shop youve got yourself a real talent .. i will be returning as Regular to see her . 10 out 10 .

    Had an awful hair cut at the Crop Shop on the Monday morning by a very young female stylist... tried to live with it, but by Friday I felt like ripping it out... went back and made a complaint and the male stylist agreed with me that it was an awful cut; he promised he would give me the best haircut I'd ever had, and he wasn't wrong! It's brilliant, and I'd be loathe to let anybody else cut my hair from now on, I'd recommend him to everybody :)

    The Crop Shop, Norwich, really is a dreadful salon. It has moved to a new location, and I thought I'd give it a go. BAD IDEA. I got the worst haircut I have ever had in my life.
    I know the prices are very cheap, but I can't say it's good value when I had my hair butchered.
    Seriously, pay more for a better cut. Don't go here!

    If you want a really good haircut and colour The Crop Shop is the place for you, they have done my hair on and off for several years and are the best hairdressers I have ever used

    i liked the atmosphere at The Crop Shop and the people washing hair as they were so polite and done a fantastic job. The stylists, where do i start... they are polite considerate and always listen to you.

    i liked that the The Crop Shop, Norwich, had 2 floors for haircutting and 1 floor for washing so it didnt take very long.you can also just walk in and wait :) x

    my general comment about the Crop Shop is i get my result of the hair cut in the end and its very very good money. i was shocked when i got told the price,its good. I also think its great that ypu dnt have to book up and jus walk in and have your hair cut

    The Crop Shop in Norwich is a very good hairdressers. Good quality, especially for the price, but there are long queues at busy times, such as Saturdays.

    I've never had any problems with The Crop Shop hairdressers in Norwich. It is very popular (see the good points above). I think that it is excellent value for a haircut. I mean, where else can you go for a wash, cut and blow dry for a tenner? Plus, any of the hairdressers that cut your hair, ALWAYS ask how would you like your hair cut. I was very surprised to read some other hairdressing reviews of other salons, that there was lack of communication between hairdresser and customer. The hairdress ...
