    Good Points: None.

    Bad Points: Absolutely useless.

    General comments: Carmen 10365 hair straighteners in my opinion don't straighten your hair, are not very hot, take ages to get your hair anywhere near straight as they are no where near hot enough. I would say don't bother trying overall hopeless.

    The Andrew Collinge smooth out hair straightener are totally useless, its hard to clamp the hair you need to use both hands on the straightener to get any result, I wouldn't recommend!!

    Personally, I do not think these Carmen 10365 Andrew Collinge Smooth Out Hair Stylers are affective straighteners AT ALL! I had them for about a year and whenever I straightened my hair they used to rip chunks of it out, take ages to get my hair anywhere near as straight as other straighteners do and once you get outside, one gust of wind made it even wavier than it was to start. Definitely not ideal!
