    I should read this website before my action to take my wallet out. not wonder why it only worths 1.4 star. To me, it doesn't even worth anything!
    Anyway, it seems to be cheaper than the high street shop, so, I had a go. Now I really regret!
    I bought the game for my friend's birthday last month, and I have been waiting for it! No sign for the delivery at all, even I tried fews emails. I only got a couple of replies saying 'wait'......blah blah blah.....
    Anyway, I finally bought the game at the high street shop. and also sent emails to BangCD for the refund. Not surprisingly, I haven't heard anything from BangCD! I feel like I dumped my money to the sea or down to the toilet!
    All in all, BangCD is not recommended, and try to avoid this online shop!

    I ordered a DVD from Bang which would cost about £25 from HMV. I paid £8.99 for it. It took probably just over a week to arrive which is obviously longer than some websites, but I was sent an email saying it had been dispatched and a few days later it was there. I had no probs with this company.

    I totally agree with the last person who wrote a review about this website BangCd.com I ordered a game from this website 7th October and I'm STILL waiting!!! I wrote to the customer service department & they wrote back saying;

    Hi

    Thank you for your email.

    Your item has been dispatched on 7th of October. The delivery period should be within 7 postal days from the date when we sent the item to you.

    However on occasions, goods can be delayed in the postal system, so please kindly allow another ...

    I'd give Bang CD a zero if possible.

    Ordered and paid 4 weeks ago with no contact except original confirmation. Once I email to enquire they immediately told me item was not in stock, they had no date and I could cancel if I like. I doubt if they would even have told me if I hadn't asked. If something is not in stock they should let this be known before, during or after the order process. I strongly suspect a review I read on another site is correct in that they just take and hold people's mone ...

    Delivery abysmal. Ordered Quantum of solace dvd. Waited 6 weeks - no sign. Emailed them and reply was can't guarantee delivery dates. Gave them a second chance with Changeling dvd. Took payment and 5 weeks later still no dvd. Truly dreadful service. Bang CD can only supply old stock of music and dvd. If you want chart stuff go elsewhere.

    It's taken a life time to receive order, ordered on 17/12 and still nothing but useless e-mails to advise in shipment. Not worth the hassel for the sake of saving a couple ponds.

    Prices are very good but delivery was abysmal. If you can wait then order in good time and save some money.

    They look cheap. I ordered a DVD on 30th November 2008 and it hasn't been shipped yet (14th December 2008 ). I recommend sticking to something closer to home.

    Never had any probs at all, took around 5 days for my order. I will keep buying from them no probs.

    I'm getting emails from bangcd without ever having used them. you can't simply unsubscribe either; they want you to confirm your email address first. Don't trust them and I wouldn't use them.

    I won't buy from Band CD again. Ordered a chart CD two weeks ago and have still not received it. They promptly replied to my e-mail advising I had not received my order and asked me to wait another 3 days. Just sent them another e-mail requesting a refund. Will not order from them again. Stick with play.com and CD Wow.

    Currently the Bang CD site only offers CD's and music DVDs and the range is fairly limited as there looks to be only around 1200 titles. Ideal for pop/chart music. Not too good if you have a specialist interest in Jazz or Classic, etc. CD's appear to be coming from Malaysia but only takes a few days to arrive.
    Well worth a look. Bought about 4 CD's off them this week alone.
