Good Points: None
Bad Points: I received an email on June 5 indicating that my flight (NB0785) ARN to FLR on June 19 (today) had been rescheduled from 8:55 am to 7 am. Because of this, I stayed in an expensive hotel right at the airport, and I woke up at 4 am this morning. Last night, just to be sure about the departure time, I called Sterling in Copenhagen and I was assured that the flight was indeed leaving at 7 am this morning, despite the fact that there was no indication of a schedule change on the website. This morning I arrived to find that no one knows anything about a 7 am departure, and the flight is scheduled to leave at 8:55 am, as it was originally booked. There is no explanation. When I call Sterling, they say that the office doesn't open until 8 am and the booking agent had no information about this.
General comments: Never again!

They cancelled first flight and re rooted us to Brussels then 3 hour delay there meant got to Hotel at 11pm, not good when you are on a mini break!
Return flight 6 hour delay poor communication re delay and no intention of getting us out until last flight of day came into Copenhagen and then we were put onto this plane. However I did feel sorry for the crew having to do an extra trip that late at night.

I have flown Sterling virtually weekly, commuting LGW to CPH over the last year. I have had only two delayed flights in all that time and then no more than a couple of hours. They offer a no frills but clean and reliable service. Fares are usually at least half that offered by BA or SAS. Food has to be paid for but this is usual for a no frills airline service.
