    Good Points: Relatively cheap


    Bad Points: Change flight times drastically
    Cannot be contacted


    General comments: Germanwings was the only budget airline that had flights to Croatia from Germany that suited our itinerary. After a while though, I tried to contact them and realized I could not. None of the phone numbers on the website worked. Second, they altered our flight time pushing it back 6 hours and that was the only flight for that day.
    Frankly, the fact that I could not even get in touch with the company is a huge con and makes me wonder if theyre trying to avoid a massive number of complaints.

    Germanwings lost our luggage on our flight from Berlin to Munich. Below is a list of all what went wrong thereafter:1. After reporting our luggage loss at the airport, customer service told us that only purchases made 48 hours after our report were refundable. Since we arrived on a Friday night and 48 hours later meant Sunday (and stores are closed on Sundays), we bought our basic necessities at the airport knowing that we would never get our refund. 2.     Good value for money, customer service is good and onboard food is quite nice

    I would recommend Germanwings because apart from the seats not being uncomfortable it is a good airline and most flights are on time.
