It's never easy to go on any diet but with all the diets i have tried, this works.. Its hard and theres no cheats but if you are serious about losing weight then i am living prove it works! “Really happy with the results”

I've just completed 3 weeks on the cambridge diet and have lost a total of 6.7kgs (I'm from Australia so not sure what that is in pounds). I have 10kgs more to lose, and am so far really happy with the results. The shakes and soups are really nice, and as long as you don't think too much about it, it's not that hard to do! (I found the porridges repulsive so i dont have them, but the rest have so far been great). I dont have great willpower, which is why I've found it hard to stick to other… Read Full Review

I started this diet less than 4 weeks ago, and am very happy with it. The first week, I lost 9lb! 2nd week 5 1/2, and 3rd week 3lb. I haven't felt hungry once. I can see and feel the difference already, and all my measurements have gone down. The flavours of the shakes are really nice, and there is a good variety. “Fast food trucker”

As you can imagine sitting in the cab of a truck all day, Stopping at motorway services that now sell hight street brands of fast food doesn't help the waistline. I read the reviews for the CWP so decided to have a go , at my weigh in I weighed 16s 8lb . My consultant started me on step 3, I had a look at what I was allowed to eat and had serious misgivings. I have done cambridge numerous times over the last 7 years, with varying success, I find having an inactive thyroid it seems to be only diet that really works for me, and believe me I've tried them all, my consultant is amazing. She totally gets me, my problem is me getting bored and when I come off it I really rebound.. I recently went back on random determined to get to maintenance. Oh and I always feel Hungary . I was on the Cambridge diet back in the 80's, I lost weight and kept it off. I have put on a few extra pounds in the past years, need to lose about 5 pounds. I like the taste of the dutch chocolate, I really don't get that hungry on it, as I have always drank plenty of water. I like the convenience of it. wow thats brilliant, keep supporting him, i started on monday at 94kg and i weighed myself today, im 92 now. i will continue being strong i have to get to my goal which is 74kg

Hi I started the Cambridge weight plan on Monday it's now Thursday, my start weight is 19 stone so have quite a journey ahead of me, but I've tried so many diets that I am really in the mind set now that j have to stick to it. I don't feel to bad today although my stomach is making some very strange noises.. Good luck to all who embark on this journey...

I have been on ss+ for just over 2 weeks now and I have lost 15lbs! Days 1-4/5 were pretty tough but sheer willpower and reading others reviews got me thru! I kept thinking that so many people found it easy then it must be.and it is! Some days I barely manage 3 shakes, I'm just not hungry. I was initially on 4 replacement meals and after 10 days I dropped one and started with food. My favourite is 2 egg omelette with mushrooms and a touch of garlic pepper! Delicious! I've lost 6 stone on the Cambridge and have been at my target weight for nearly 2 years even though all my friends told me i would put it all back on. I've never felt fitter and healthier than i do now so GOOD LUCK !!!!

Hello, I'm embarking on step 2 of the CWP tomorrow and am a little scared about how hard it's going to be but on the whole excited and determined. Any newbies starters out there like me? End of day two and have had a big headache most of afternoon n evening but ok not hungry. Soups ok but don't like the powdery lumps so going to find a small whisk! Not going to weigh myself until I go back to CWP consultant !

“Hard work but worth it!”

I originally started the Cambridge diet 3 years ago and failed after 3 days. I was only having 3 x shakes a day. this time round I have decided to do step 2 3 x shakes and a meal. Ive found this much easier and im on day 4. My Ketosis kicked in yesterday and I felt awful. (Ended up necking an orange! lol) I get weighed on Monday (todays Friday) I had a cheeky weight in today and have lost 3 pounds in four days. “good for a kick start, very expensive, weight goes back on”

Hi, I used this last year had a few stone to lose which came off quickly as you put your body through a mild ketosis. Very expensive depending on what you want for that week £40+. Never felt hungry but this diet doesn't train you about correct eating habits. If you stop the weight goes straight back on in a few weeks. Hi I am on my 4th day of this diet and have found it hard. I am hoping to eat normal meals later and am scared will put it all back on. I can't afford to stay on cambridge for ever, my consultant was saying you slowly you comeoff it but I bet as soon as you start eating any thing unhealthy u put back on. So my question is can you not maintain yourself with healthy meals and small portions like your saying. With any diet you stick to it it does work. It's all about self control. I lost 1 stone with weight watchers before this and it was easier as could at least eat. This is hard with just 3 shakes a day while around me my family is eating all sorts and I have to cook for them too.

Started the Cambridge Weight Plan 5 weeks ago and have already lost 2 stone. First week is challenging but once it has passed and you have you first weigh in you feel great. I lost 10lbs in my week first which is the most i've ever lost in one go. It's really important to drink your recommended intake of water as it really helps with hunger pangs, weight loss and constipation. I have tried all the fad diets out there including shake diets. Nothin worked for an extended period of time. I am into my 7th week of cambridge weight plan and have lost 11.5kgs and feel fantastic. just started this programme today after seeing my friend lose a ton of weight. did it myself years ago, and yes the weight does come off.
