“NO Prices for the year 2013?? How can that be!!!”

I called them on Oct 2, 2012 for my wedding in April 2013. They told me they have no prices to give me for 2013 and to call back in January. I have called over 6 places in Staten Island and 3 in NJ. All of which had their prices ready. I would never book my wedding with them in January, that is way too late. I could only imagine how the wedding would go if they do this kind of work. (read more)

Good service, clean party bus and the cost was middle of the road. The girl terry I spoke with said the bus was 3 months old and when it showed up it looked 3 days old. Excellent driver who did not even need gps to get around. He drive us into jersey and back in to the city with no problem. The ac was ice cold and the room on the bus was more the enough for 22 of us. They also offer corporate rates so make sure to let them know your business info right off the top for the best prices. You will feel like a star when you hire this company. They have all new limos and new styles that non one else even has yet. When I say new I mean months old. Very clean and easy to work with. If you want new cars at rock bottom prices then this is your place. My friends and I do a night out dinner once a month and have used AA Gettaway about a dozen times. The limos or bus is always clean and loaded with the list we send them for drinks. The girls in the office are awesome and know us now so it takes nothing for us to set up a reservation. My daughter and I were very happy with the bus they sent us for the prom this year. The driver was great and the price was far cheaper then I had thought it would be. They took 13 credit card payment from 13 parents and did not mind. They made this very easy for a group of working parent who have little time in their day to do much. This is now the second time I have used AA Gettaway Coaches and again they delivered a brand new limo stocked with water and soda for my airport pick up. I literally got off the plane and walked into the car. The drive clearly knew his way around the airport and where he could and could not park. After a 10 hour flight the last thing you want to do is search for your car so I would say keep it simple and hire this company to pick you up. (read more)

My sister booked this limo company for my wedding in staten island. I live in Florida so my sister actually went and saw the limo we booked and left the deposit all in one day. She spoke to Dominick the manager who was very helpful in explaining how the day would be going. The cost was a bit high but the limo was only a few months old and was well worth it. I spoke to this company in April regarding last minute plans for a prom only 3 weeks later. Not only did they give us a very fair price but we ended up getting a brand new bus that others in the city wanted to charge double for. We hired a smaller bus but the owner said it was an off date so he sent us the larger bus at no extra charge. Booked them to pick me up from JFK and all was well. The car was a new style and was clean. It did not smell like most other services I have used, where the drive thinks its ok to eat his curry lunch right before he picks you up. hands down the best limo service in staten island ny. I have hired so many services over the past 25 years and all of them suck!! This company is located right by the mall and lets you see the ACTUAL limo that you will get the day of your event. The day of the event THAT same car shows up. We hired this service for a prom that included 34 teens and it worked out great. The driver was outstanding with the kids and almost acted like a parent chaperone and not just a driver. The cost was about the same as the other companies we found but the service from the start to the end was perfect. The bus was maybe a year old and had lights inside the kids loved as well as 2 TVs that played music videos. I would recommend them and use them again. (read more)

AAgetawaycoaches was the first limo company i ever booked. The vehicle was so pretty with leather seating and very nice light floors. It was a corporate event (after work of course) but it was great. the vehicle was clean. I was scared after reading all the reviews but it was the best rate. The vehicle was great. “Made me Feel like a Bride”

Great Company, I just recently took a Chrysler 300 Limo, Rolls Royce and an 18 passenger party bus for my wedding. Each driver followed my list of Stops and and Pick ups. They were all dressed in suits and they even supplied me with a free bottle of Champagne . Oh and did I mention a runner. They really made me feel like a Bride. “Not Reliable At All”

I booked a limo for my daughter's prom in March 2012 (Prom is in June). The last week in April I called to confirm the limo and asked when I should give the next payment. AAGetaway told me everything was confirmed and to give the next payment at the end of May. About a week and a half later I received a note in the mail (which had so many spelling errors it looked like a 4 year old typed it) with a refund check stating the limo would not be available at the time requested. We are very sorry that you were not pleased with the way we handle the situation but as it states in our contract a 50% deposit must be put down for Proms and weddings. We did give you your full 10% deposit back and we are sorry you were not happy . We tried to reach you via phone but there was no answer. We were over booked and we let you know as soon as the error was made clear to us. We allowed you 3 months to look for other means of transportation.
We are professional and did not mean any harm.

Its safe to say that AA Getaway Coaches ruined about 36 kid's prom. The bus that we ordered supposedly 'broke down', and we were sent an escalade stretch and a smaller bus which arrived about an hour and a half late. We then had to fight to see who went on the escalade stretch and who got to go on the bus because the bus didn't have AC, smelt TERRIBLE, and was an awful experience. The bus I have selected was very clean and has a nice spacious VIP room for myself and my fiance. We hired a shuttle from AA Getaway Coaches for our wedding. The shuttle showed up an hour late. The contract stated they weren't liable for unforeseen incidents, but each time they said why it was late, their story was different.
