    Yes, AA Getaway Coaches are cheap, but they are horrible. Bus drivers are rude and don't wait for you. Dispatch does not answer the phone when you call. Front office is nice before the trip.

    AA Getaway Coaches left us stranded in New York City!! Bus driver did not answer phone, dispatch did not answer phone.

    Good point was their service BEFORE they take your money. AA Getaway Coaches were so nice and helpful before the limo night, and then they switched buses on us and have ignored my emails and phone calls for 3 full weeks. Horrible!!!

    the party bus was new and had all the cool gadets.the driver was 15 minutes early,and knew were we were going.and the price was fair.

    these guys did a great job on my wedding i will tell everyone how great they were

    I scheduled a bus for a Saturday High School Football Game because the travel time was over 2 hrs. The Friday night before departure (6pm) a representative called and left a voice mail stating that the bus was broken and they didn't have another one to send. We were left stranded and had to forfeit the Game. Parents, coaches, players and the other school were all extremely upset.     I would like to say THANK YOU to AA Getaway Coaches on Staten Island in New York for the outstanding service provided for our wedding. We rented a limo bus for our bridal party, and a 56 passenger bus for our guests. The vehicles were immaculate, and the service was fantastic! I would highly recommend AA Getaway coaches.

    We hired a shuttle from AA Getaway Coaches for our wedding. The shuttle showed up an hour late. The contract stated they weren't liable for unforeseen incidents, but each time they said why it was late, their story was different. When the shuttle did arrive at the church, they skipped a pick up and stranded our wedding guests. We asked the driver if the contract was still valid or if it was void due to the missed stop.
