Respect : 0Good Points: Excellent customer service Super smooth flight Left on time
Bad Points: Plain food.......Yuck.......but I think thats across the board.
General comments: We recently flew from Auckland to the Goldcoast with Freedom Air and I have to say that the experience was excellent. The Flight attendants were friendly and check in went really smoothly, and the seating was comfortable The flight left on time which is always a bonus!! The only downside was the food on board but thats plane food for you!! I would recommend freedom Air, all in all a positive experience.
