Good Points: Very small plane, gives a real sense of adventure. So close to the pilot it's almost like having a personal flying lesson.
Bad Points: None at all!
General comments: Flown twice from Sydney to Newcastle with Aeropelican, which takes about 40 mins. Previous landing strip at Belmont featured a takeoff and landing over Lafe McQuarie which was spectacular, but sadly this is now closed, so Aeropelican flies into Williamtown on the other side of Newcastle. Small 20 seater plane where the co-Pilot doubles as F/A. You can literally be within touching distance of the pilot. Route follows the coast which gives fabulous views. Charming airline - much better than taking the slow train!
