Bad Points: I had to wait 10 hours before I could start playing with it.If you delete E Mails from the phone you have to use your PC to retrieve them from 'deleted folder' for reference purposes.Accessing Word, Excel and other files is not good.
General comments: I was contemplating buying a Laptop. This is definitely a better deal for me. Once charged I could immediately use it to access my E Mails with a trouble free sync of my contacts from MS Outlook.Having my contacts from MS Outlook easily available on the phone is fantastic.
