    Good Points: Short, bright
    Ultra short distance / indoors
    Turret handling

Bad Points: Hard to get and wrong mounts

General comments: What is said about the Gamo 4x32 is not how I experience the GAMO 2,5x20 compact.
This is a very nice scope in the distance around 10 yards / 10m.
Still sharp at 4m and still reasonable good sight at 15m.
This is true garden and basement scope. Not everybody hunts or does FT in the range of 100 yards/ 100 meters.
There are enough shooters at short range who like to practice their skills and this one is the one to have.
I use them, I have two, on a cf 30 .22 and on a cf 30 .177 and from 10 yards I can easily shoot 3 times the head of a needle from a sitting position.

Very important is a good one piece mount. Two piece mounts are junk.
I use a 10 euro 1" mount from Sjoerds Shop. Excellent quality for little money. No brand.

I also used a Webley 2,5x20 from a Webley Hurricane on the two cf-30's but this scope moves
When shooting and the Gamo 2,5x20 with the one piece mount absolutely does not.
With the Webley scope you can hit your targets also but the cf 30's are too heavy for the mount of the Webley Hurricane scope. Probably the Gamo 4x32 has the same problem.

At the Internet I found only two shops who sell the Gamo 2 5x20 one for 45 Euro in Spain and one for 62 Euro in the Netherlands.
They also come as a package deal with the Gamo Hunter 890.
I swapped one with a Gamo 890 owner for a Hawk 4x32 sport HD who was not even sharp a 15m and bought the other second hand for a very good price also from a hunter 890 owner.
They are not suitable for bigger distances then 20m.
The reason way they are sold easily.
But indoors and distances until 15m you have the best you can get in my opinion.
Once set, the turrets you shoot consistent.
