    Good Points: The speed that got back to me - put straight through to a mortgage advisor - gave me a call back with an hour with a £62 saving on what my bank could offer me - deal was completed in 24 days.


    Bad Points: Had to pay a broker fee but Rainbow will be my broker for the next 28 years of my mortgage getting me the best rates every 2 / 3 years.


    General comments: They were really helpful - I was first contacted by a call centre member and then put through to a specific member of staff who then gave me some very helpful advice and took the stress away from buying my first place:

    He got me 5.14% with low fee and I could only get 5.39% with bigger few, etc.

    Please give then a try as it costs not a penny if you decide not to use them.

    I applied for a homeowner loan from Rainbow homeowner loans. You can read that review under compare loans. I have now switched my mortgage over to them, and these guys are exceptional. I now have a tracker mortgage, and it saves me £80 pound a month.

    This Mortgage and Loan Broker is seriously good at sorting your personal finance. I now have a homeowner loan and a tracker mortgage through the Rainbow Group. Try them and see how much they can save you.
