Good Points: The login worked

Bad Points: Disappointing offering
- No support (no phone number available and no answers on emails)
- Despite offering a satisfaction guarantee with full refund; this is not applicable - money is gone (again no answers on emails)

General comments: Using Unlimited MP3 Music really was extremely disappointing experience for me - when I read the homepage I thought it would be a good service. But it was just a big disappointment. Some of those products just didn't work - weird error messages occurred and there is no option to get in contact with those guys.
Of course there is a support email address but I never got any reply (believe me, I checked the SPAM folder every day... so there is no excuse)

Based on these experiences I send them emails on a daily base and wanted to get my money back referring to their satisfaction guarantee - but without success. My money is gone...

The software has ceased working, and my computer recommended to discard because something is corrupted.

Unlimited MP3 Music download site offer no tech support. I am also having trouble finding the website.

I found the Unlimited MP3 Music download site through www.consumer-guides.to/musicdownloadreviews as their number one site. I purchased it just a couple of months ago. It worked great then all of a sudden it won't work and says it is trying to connect and blames the problem on a firewall. I uninstalled all security and did everything, and ended up having to do a system restore trying to save my software because tech support never got back to me.
