Good Points: Good prices, lots of tickets

Bad Points: You will never see your tickets - nor the money....

General comments: I'm just in the process of dealing with my credit card company to retrieve funds credited to the Tickettout for tickets that never arrived... - do the same if you were cheated - credit card companies have a way of dealing with those problems...

I bought a ticket for Incubus concert in London and I paid more than I could have paid because I saw that other companies offered cheaper tickets. I thought, however, that a higher price would guarantee a 100% reliable service and I would get my ticket for sure. Unfortunately, descripiton of the company on the website was just beautiful words which turned out to be empty promises. :(

I too ordered tickets, 2 tickets to see Keane, I paid well over the odds for them as it was a surprise present. I recieved a letter saying they could not get the tickets and that I would be repayed in full. Of course that has not happened. And after ringing today find that they have gone into liquidation. I did not see the Watchdog programme, I wish I had!

I booked 2 tickets to the Isle of Wight Festival 27th January 2007. I didn't get any confirmation, so Ii phoned, phoned, phoned & yes, you guessed it, phoned. I was told yes they have my confirmation and will get it in the post. Nothing, so I phoned & emailed - I have lost count how many times I have phoned and emailed. Have not had tickets and now find had a letter from liquidators to say we probably won't get our money back as they have gone bust. Rang Cardiff International Arena and they said that the that the tickets we bought don't exist. The website still seems to be running, but DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE GONE BUST AND DONT HAVE TICKETS THAT HAVE BEEN ORDERED. TRADING STANDARDS HAVE BEEN INVESTIGATING THEM.

I also bought tickets and have had the same experience as the person above. Not being able to get through on the phone and no replies to my emails. Then today an automated message saying the company has gone into administration. I bought the tickets using VISA and have been told in order to get any money back that way I need to PROVE the company has closed, so if anyone knows anything further I'd be grateful as would im sure many other people, including my four very disappointed children. Do not use TicketTout. It seems they had no intention of delivering the purchased tickets, and either never had them in the first instance, or sold our tickets for a higher price later on. I was unable to contact anyone, and they never bothered to inform me I wouldn't receive tickets. Currently attempting to get a refund.

Ordered tickets last year from TicketTout for next weeks game in France for my son, husband and his friend.
Paid £290 on 2nd January this year, I was then charged £290 again on 19th February. I called and emailed and have had no answer.
I eventually got through to someone who told me that I would be refunded the second payment within 7 to 15 days and that my tickets would arrive this week.

I paid for 2 tickets for Noel Gallagher and the tickets have not yet arrived. I doubt very much they will as I heard that the company has now gone into ADMINISTRATION! I have been trying to contact them for about a week but the numbers I had just rang and rang and rang. I tried again this morning to be told that the numbers are no longer in use as the company has gone into administration!!!

My show isn't until 26th March, so I have faced facts and come to the conclusion I am not going to get ...

I do not understand why people are still trying to purchase tickets as this company were on BBC WATCHDOG IN JANUARY 07. BE WARNED!!!!!!!! Like the other reviewers, I paid money, received no tickets, no refund, fortunately received credit from by bank as I paid by card, so please check with your banks. I also contacted trading standards. Watchdog have spoken to people in authority regarding this company and until they pass a law to stop these people trading which may happen they can still trade. ...

I booked 2 tickets to see The Killers in Brighton on the 3rd March and received confirmation via email and through the post. I waited until 72 hours before the show, and then called their 0870 'customer service' number as my tickets hadn't arrived. I tried this 18 times over the 3 days leading up to the show, but the phones were never answered. I held on for over 10 minutes on some occasions!! Ordered ticket on 25 of Jan 2007 for Concert on 10th of March. 7/03/07 Called the number sent to me on the only bit of correspondence I recieved from Tickettout.net. Only to find they have gone into recievership. However, the website is still active.
Learnt a hard lesson. Will not use such sites again!

I ordered two Killers tickets in December 2006 for a the concert on March 4th, 2007. It's the day before the concert (Saturday afternoon) and nothing has arrived. I have called and emailed this company every day this week and not once has someone picked up or replied to me. They were quick to call me however when they needed my payment details and the money came out of my account the next day!! I bought 8 tickets for MEN arena, to sit in lower tier together, paid £70 each as a present for staff. When tickets arrived they were for upper tier back row. Contacted agency they said it was a better view and nearer stage. I asked if he had been to the arena he said no!.

I ordered 1ST DEC 2 tickets to see the Killers on Feb 18th at NEC. I waited until 72hrs before and rang. A rude woman told me that they had been let down with the tickets and that I would receive a refund. No apology just a rotten attitude. It's 3 weeks later and no refund, I am taking action alongside my credit card people and if don't receive I will drive down to the place and I will get my money back. I ordered and paid for tickets on impulse from Ticket Tout. The Police had just announced their reunion tour. I paid £195 on the 19th of February 2007, and I am still waiting for my ticket, and no doubt I will receive one after reading the reviews here and hearing the news today NOT to buy tickets, as dates have not been finalised yet, and tickets have not officially been printed.

I will never use them again.

Again, I ordered tickets which never arrived, .but they are available still even today to buy. Wven tho the concert is tonight. I tried and tried and tried in vain to ring them sent them 15 e-mails and received nooooooooooooo replies of any kind, BUT they took my money promptly!!!
Stay WELL away from TICKET TOUT.

Ordered 3 tickets to see The Feeling at Hammersmith Apollo. Ordering them was easy and I was looking forward to going. However, one week before the concert the tickets still hadn't arrived so I rang customer services. I bought two standing tickets for the Muse gig in Sheffield for a ridiculous amount of money. Stupid, I know but I really wanted to see them. Anyway the tickets didn't arrive and we were told we'd have to pick them up at the venue (having paid £5 pastage anyway). Paid for 7 tickets (deducted from Visa) two months before. Order confirmed in writing but no order number - very difficult to get through to helpline - eventually confirmed they did not have any tickets - but they are still taking orders today for same tickets at higher price! Over £300 in their account for two months + five young girls devastated. Taking legal action for refund and compensation. Do not use and spread the word.
