    General comments: When I joined Equinox in Fall of 2008, the facility was very clean and management and staff were professional. However, since the management change this Spring, everything has fallen apart. The locker room floors are grimy. The staff bombards members with phone calls trying to sell services. When asking questions of the staff and management, either incorrect information is given, or the management does not bother to provide an answer at all. The front desk staff that has been there since March is rude. When I went to the front desk to pay for a spa service, a staff member stated, "I don't care what your problem is, and I can't help you!" I explained that I was only there to pay for a spa service. He laughed and made an excuse that he had a bad day with other customers. The other staff members have this same bad attitude. I am leaving Equinox and joining Boston Sports Club, instead.
