  Good Points: Oxford Circus gym is fantastic with top-notch equipment and friendly staff

  Bad Points: Hendon gym is a disgrace to the Virgin family

  General comments: Only 1 towel offered at Hendon so no one wipes down equipment - leaving it sweaty and unhygienic personal training commitments not honoured by Hendon People at head office or anywhere else can help resolve issues or queries when trying to cancel membership
