    Good Points: They gym is clean. The classes are great fun & i highly recomend them especially the spinning classes.. the street dance crew that Edd takes is great! i live a nice bike ride away from the gym and they have great places to put your bike. the staff are very aprochable and nice.


    Bad Points: ermm? its pretty expensive.. but it's worth it


    General comments: The Virgin Active classes are so not boring! they are great fun & there is a wide variety of diffrent classes.. street dancing and body pump being the most fun. i also live right near the same gym & i love it love it love it!! if you want towls all you have to do is ask at reception?? and i think the management are very easy to aproch and they will listen to what you have to say! there are paper towles right next to the water fountin to wipe down your equipment so that they are not left sweaty.

    I have been a member of Virgin Active for 5 years since Homesplace time in Farnborough, Surrey. I must say i do not find easy to talk to staff when you want to complain about anything. Classes are extremely boring,only cycling classes or body pump all the time.
    I would never recomend the club to anybody and i am seriously thinking of giving it up myself.

    Only 1 towel offered at Hendon so no one wipes down equipment - leaving it sweaty and unhygienic
    personal training commitments not honoured by Hendon
    People at head office or anywhere else can help resolve issues or queries when trying to cancel membership
