So overall still an excellent back-up for when I cannot make it to the gym… Read Full Review

Let's face it just look at fitness web sites, you can't buy decent single exercise machines as cheap as this unit and that should have been the pointer for me… Read Full Review

I wanted to build muscle mass so needed to decrease my reps and increase the amount of weight i was lifting so i bought a York 2002 Multigym as resistance weights are nice and safe. I'm really pleased with it so far, i've managed to develop a good regime and can use this for most of the muscle groups i… Read Full Review
