    Good Points: smooth pulley action and good hight of the bench


    Bad Points: behch press attachment locks when you apply a lot of force to move the weight and weight stack not heavy enough for me i have to add weight plates to the stack using my home made pins


    General comments: good gym had one for years i use it mainly as a pulley station and for the leg extention

    Great machine! great excercise! I would say that it is a good gym for everyone. I really enjoyed it since it was a good price! And it is easy to use! Very annoying to set up! thats it.

    This bench isn't recommended 4 a beginner. Good all round and easy bench 2 use. With the right attachments you get all the benefits of a gym workout.
    I just dont think the cable system is too crash hot, all the cables fit centrally which is great but the more exercises you try to do the cables become loose and in one instance fell off and dropped 120lbs crashin to the floor.
