Been waiting 10 days for order , still not recieved. Did phone a couple of days ago, and told it's because of the Xmas post is busy. Usually arrives within two days. Fed up now, because I wanted the ink to print some Xmas cards, which I am to late for now.

i recently ordered two sets of ink cartridges totalling over £48. A few days later I receive an email from Print Cartridge Direct informing me of their latest BOGOF offer. Obviously I haven't put an order in to take advantage of their offer as I'm now fully stocked! Shame no-one informed me of the offer sooner or supplied me with the offer even though my Order might have been a day or two prior to commencement of the offer.

Having purchased a colour cartridge for my HP F4580 I was delighted to receive this by next post. However, I was disappointed by the performance of the cartridge as it only printed magenta and blue (yellow being absent). After cleaning, my printer informed me that I had inserted an incompatible cartridge. In common with all 'compatible' cartridges, installation was not straightforward (especially so with HP Printers) so I shall now only purchase originals. I can't be 'assed' with complaining, I would rather put it down to another lesson learnt. How many times I have said that!

order these cartridges, on the recommendation from a friend, the price was great value, and the follow up service was also great, delivered in three(3) days. on opening the blue cartridge, it leaked onto the office room carpet. no too happy. the yellow cartridge would not function, as it was not "Genuine" HP one. still have to use the black ones, but if they work, it is overall good value. €15 for all 5 cartridges, compare t €15 for one black one.

This company gives great service, no doubt about it. The product (HP 364XL compatible cartridges) was the problem. I didn't notice when buying them that this time they were flimsy 'compatible' ones (I was pretty sure I had previously bought genuine ones from the same site, but maybe I'm wrong). All was fine at first, but after a few weeks the cartridges, which have very runny and easily spilt ink, started causing problems such as lines showing up on the image, and then not printing despite being full. Eventually the printer (an HP Photosmart Premium C410 all-in-one) wouldn't print at all despite lots of cleaning and realigning printheads etc., until in a frantic deadline rush I replaced the cartridges with a set of full-priced (ouch!) genuine HP ones. It's only now that those are running out and I've got a bit more time to spare, that it's occurred to me to give feedback. The unused cartridges from this order are going in the bin: bit late to ask for a refund as months have now passed, I've been too busy. Lesson: you get what you pay for.

I use these cartridges for our printer at home. I had the same thing, put in the inks and nothing printed, only to discover that I did not remove the tabs from the top of the cartridges. I rang up Printcartridgedirect with my problem and they knew immediately the issue and told me what to do. To be fair the tabs are bright yellow and easily spotted, just something you miss when hastily fitting the inks. As for the leaking i think that is down so squeezing the cartridge when removing the clips, my cartridges were very full but thats certainly not a complaint i would make.
Overall i think these cartridges work fantastic and produce great pictures for my bodyshop posters

Bought a combination colour and black replacement ink for a Canon MG3150. Colour worked OK. After replacing the black cartridge the printer still says there is no ink. Would only work after purchasing a Canon ink cartridge. Tried in two different Canon MG printers. Have used this site before for other printers with no problem. Will not be using them again for my new Canon printer unfortunately.

New customer placed my first order, first cartridge I opened was split and yellow ink poured out all over my hands, sent email for replacement no acknowledge, no replacement received, still waiting! That aside, quality of printing is good.

Repeat order arrived quickly and the ink cartridges are fine but Print Cartridge Direct had advertised that an additional free black cartridge would be enclosed with the order but it wasn't. For this reason alone I doubt whether I will be ordering again with this company.

I was pleased to find the HP printer refills I wanted as a competitive price. However, when I received them, the ink cartridges were refills and not the branded HP cartridges I thought I was buying. The ink leaked all over the floor and my hands ( it still has not completely washed off after several days). I couldn't face the hassle of returning them, and needed to use them straight away. In using them I had to sign away the printer warrantee. Not ideal.

Although the cartridges arrived promtly,I only ordered them on line as they were offering a free USB Pen driver[ provided one included a code word supplied.] This never arrived. I rang the firm direct and they had great difficulty finding my order and eventually they confirmed I had included the code. They said they would ring customer services and arrange for it to be sent. It has still not arrived after one week!

i am not happy with the coloured ink as it does not work on my printer this is the 2nd lot of ink that i bought and it didnt work b ut the black is ok

The printer was advertised as new and I received a reconditioned one. When I contacted PCD reference the discrepancy they eventually told me that it was an error in the advert. I notice that it has now been corrected. I was offered a return, but this is available anyway and I couldn't be bothered with the hastle. Once I said that I would try it out I would have thought that as a gesture I may have been offered a set of inks for free. I could have pushed the miss leading advert but as a matter of principle I would never go down that road. In summary, good points; easy to order, excellent customer communication, very quick delivery.Poor points; misleading advertising, could have given a small recompense. As for the hint below, get the adverts checked for accuracy before publishing.

Dealt with in the past and no problems,but on latest occasion the wrong goods were delievered. This was rectified immediately upon contact but necessitated the return of the original goods.

I have ordered in the past and had no problems so I used this service again, but this time I ordered 'used' cartridges. Unfortunately the black one proved to have no ink in it at all, so I complained via an e-mail, asking for a replacement. After 3 days I heard nothing so ordered another cartridge, this time a new one. This arrived within 24 hours, but no replacement to the faulty one. Also I have heard nothing at all from the company regarding my complaint.

I had a similar experience
