General comments: Order phoned to sales at Print Cartridge Direct on 12 July 2009. Goods received 13 July 2009. Thank you for your brilliant service.
I have now used four sets of compatible Canon cartridges from your firm and find the print quality excellent, with cartrige life approx 50% more than the ones supplied by the manufacturers.

Print Cartridge Direct were super helpful when I called to place an order.The sales lady informed me of a special offer they were running, which was 20% off. The price was already a great price before the discount, the product was good quality and the toner ink arrived next day, and they only charged me 99p postage. I will recommend these to my friend in my photography class. Seems that previous reviews are out of date and they have changed there ways.

I ordered cartridges from Print Cartridge Direct over a year ago, but still not received them. I have complained to them and Worldpay, but I am receiving no acknowledgement from either. Stay well clear of them! Why are they still allowed to trade I ask?

I ' m dealing with this as a lessoned learned!
I should have read the reviews above before placing my order with Print Cartridge Direct - £10 saved but a month now and still have not got the parts. Being computer parts they have probably come down in price now.
Most annoying they say they have been dispatched via Royal mail, but wont give me a tracking number? So have they?
Next I'll have to try cancelling my order! - I place a bet thats not easy either!

Would suggest you go else where ...

I placed an order with Ink Cartridges Direct 6 weeks ago and have never received anything from them. Customer Services won't transfer me to any managers or the accounts department and despite many phone calls and e-mails I still have no goods and no refund. THEY ARE RUBBISH.

An excellent product at a very affordable price. A little difficulty in getting my Epson Photo RX560 to accept the cartridges initially, meaning that I ended up replacing all 6 but today I have successfully replaced just two and normal printing is resumed. As a pensioner this is an important factor. Having almost run out of ink I decided to order more of your very good product but decided to try the head cleaner one last time. To my delight all colours registered perfectly and I printed off at ...

Ordered cartridges at a cost of c. 120.00 Stg. from this Company. Never received them. Cancelled the order and despite numerous promises have not got a refund, so I am basically out of pocket.

I would never deal with this Company again!

I purchased 6 carts. 3 for epson picture mate 500 and 3 for epson 915. Not tried the 915 carts yet. But the picturemate ones do not appear to work. So far received no response to emails and phone calls yet. None epson carts do normally work.

After looking at the customer comments for Print Cartridge Direct on here, I was slightly put off. But, as the prices were great I decided to call to place my order rather than use the web. My call was answered swiftly and not only did I place an order, but they informed me that they were running a promotion and gave me a further 10% off. I would recommend.

It took me 6 weeks to get my order delivered following 10 (ten) phone calls chasing it up.

When I did get through they explained that they constantly have problems with their phone lines. I was given another number by a woman in the office to use if I couldn't get through to their helpline. It seemed to do the trick to get my order delivered more quickly.

www.PrintCartridgeDirect.com - Very similar point to everyone else on this site, i ordered cartridges and have never received them, after numerous telephone calls to the company and promises that they would resend the goods or a claim form i still haven't received anything yet.

I recently purchased some ink from the above suppliers which where rejected by my printer, they asked me to return them ( which I did ) promising me a refund under their 100% money-back guarantee, after loads of emails to them you can guess the refund or any replies never appeared as far as I am aware.. So beware Printcartridgedirect.com do not do refunds as far as I am concerned.

Printer arrived on time. Didn't work at all, no replies to emails at all and sent several. Phone busy at times I tried, then got through promise to call back never did got through again again promises to call back never did. Still awaiting new working printer!
They really need to work on their Customer Service! Will not deal with this company again.

Phone constantly busy all day today. Emails not bouncing back, but no replies whatsoever. I'm now wary - are they still in business I'm asking myself? I think I will shop elsewhere from now on.

I spent '£40.98 and ordered my drum unit on 21st October 2007 from printcartridgedirect and guess what..... it still hasn't arrived! After numerous phone calls and emails, they realized that they actually do not stock the drum unit I want and that i should get a refund! A month has passed and they haven't responded to my emails and their phones are always unplugged or engaged. Please don't make the same mistake I did!

I have not received my inks ....they have taken my money...I am extremely angry . I can only urge others not to deal with this firm. I have found a website where similar experiences from other customers to this company have stated the same concerns....I wish I had seen this before I attempted to order from printcartridgesdirect.com

Ordered ink cartridges on 28th January they have not arrived even though promised next day delivery. All phone numbers listed are constantly engaged and my e-mails have been ignored so far.
