I cant really complain about anything really. Yes the Private & Commercial Finance APR is high and the late payment fees high but then what do you expect if you dont pay! I did miss some payments but they were not overly aggressive.
One thing I noticed was I had to pick a car model first then they would tell me how much they would finance me for. A bit annoying as you really want to know how much you have to spend before you go out looking. eg I found a car for £8000 but they said they would finance me for £7000. So I found a car for £6700 then they said they would finance me for £6000 on that car! In the end I made a £500 deposit and the rest was finance.
One plus is they let me pick the car from pretty much anywhere. The loan is secured against the car. Customer service was decent enough. I Would use them again unless I found somewhere with better apr.

Cannot think of any, accept they were probably the only firm to offer me car credit as I have a poor credit history.. It is not worth the grief, hey have had me in tears on several occasions.- Read kellou's review (56 words)

I rang Private and Commercial on Tuesday saying I wanted to change my car and on Friday I was driving it off the forecourt. Their service was superb and I can recommend them for car purchase- Read Julie Forster's review (61 words)

If you need a new car, I would recommend Private and Commercial Finance. I applied for a car loan from them, and the process was very quick and easy.
